It's plastic, not chrome!
The valve works perfectly and the chrome like finish on the plastic handle is excellent. The handle does not fit perfectly and is somewhat loose after snapping on. With the diverter on the both position, water flow is much reduced to both heads, as one would expect.

Delta Ashlyn Divereter Valve
We installed a Delta shower package in our bathroom remodel. We chose chrome hardware for the overhead rain shower head and the hand held wand shower for the wall appliance. When installed this Delta combination added some bling to the shower, improving its overall look! We are very pleased with our Delta shower purchase!

Thank you for your question. The Delta Monitor T14067 Valve Trim Kit escutcheon plate measures 6 1/2" (165 mm) Square. The 3 Setting T11864-BL Diverter Trim Kit escutcheon plate measures 4 1/2"(114 mm) Square.

My plumbing intalled the rough plumbing water piping to the wrong outlet side of the diverter, rather than tearing the tile apart to have it re-plumbed can the 6 way diverter cartridge be used with a different face plate

I have installed the T11864 diverter trim When in position 3 as per page 6 in the guide that came with it. The water flow continues to go through both locations. And the water flow is very weak? Any suggestions
Thank you for your question, Jerry! Model T11864 is a 3- setting, 2-Port diverter trim that is designed to switch the flow of water between two options. The third option will allow the use of both products simultaneously, however the gallons per minute for each item will be slightly reduced as both ports must share the water flow. We recommend checking the back of the shower head or other fixture for debris, as well as flushing the main valve body. Does this kit have an optional back plate to help hide hole behind?

Thank you for your question. The Delta T11864-SS Diverter Trim does not have an additional back plate. The escutcheon plate for the unit measures 4 1/2" (114 mm) Square.

Which cartridge does this come with? Which one is recommended?

Can I use this with 57014ss kit? If so, would I need an r11000 or r10000 valve body? I have no tub and just the one shower head. Thanks

Thank you for your question. The Delta 57014SS shower unit will work with the T11864 if you are using a second shower head with the 57014SS. You will need the R11000 with the T11864 and a valve trim kit with the R10000 rough valve body. If the rough in valve was plugged on the wrong side can the carthridge be flipped?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the cartridge cannot be flipped. We recommend to purchase a new 6-setting valve cartridge, RP51919.

What comes in the trim kit? Specifically are the bonnet, plug, test cap & o-rings included?

The T11964 comes with the escutcheon, trim sleeve, handle and set screw, Along with the cartridge and sleeve. The R11000 will come with the bonnet, test cap and orings, and the valve.
