Works beautifully
We added a wand to our bathtub hardware which required us to get the T11964 six function piece. Though it was complicated and the instruction could have been more explicit, After watching several YouTube videos and reading other information we were able to install the piece. Now it works beautifully giving us more options.

Easy to use

Switching between the different functions is very smooth and looks really nice! I enjoy the various combinations of the water source that this product allows (i.e. body sprayers and shower head or just shower head).

Really stylish looking trim
Went with the Chrome finish and was installed by my handyman. Been using it for a few months without any issues. No water spots and easy to clean. Looks great and it's smaller than it looks in the picture, very sleek. In my setup it diverts between a shower head, dedicated shower handle, and a tub spout. Love having the flexibility.

FANTASTIC!

We use it with our body spray and jets and it super easy to switch between one main spray in addition to either having the the jets or body spray. You cannot have all through componets going at the same time (at least, not the way ours is set up). The Ventian Bronze color looks great against our subway tile as well.

Great Diverter Trim!
I purchased the Brilliance Stainless color. The color is great and works great with my other nickel/polished nickel items in the bathroom. The leer is very sturdy to the touch, and it provides smooth operation.

is there a larger trim plate
Thank you for your question, Robert! The escutcheon plate for this model is 4 1/2" (114 mm). Although the Ashlyn collection does not offer a larger plate, other Delta diverter trims do offer larger escutcheon trims such as the Pivotal diverter trim which features a 6 1/8"
(159 mm) plate.

My installation is for a shower with one shower head and one handheld shower head. Do I need a two or three port?
Thank you for your question, Philip! You will need a two port diverter trim in order to diverter between using two products. There will also be a shared position for both.

Does this include the 6 function cartridge?
Does this trim include the 6 function cartridge? If so what is the maximum water flow at 50PSI through a half inch inlet?

Thanks for your question! The trim kit will include a 6-setting cartridge. Her is the approximate outlet flow rate at 50 PSI per series:
14 Series - 4.8 gpm
17 Series - 4.6 gpm
17T Series - 5.1 gpm

Diverter Settings?
If I have 2 shower heads and a tub spout is a 6 setting or 3 setting diverter needed?

Hi ChrisfromLI, Thank you for your question. If you are going to use a diverting tub spout you would go with the 3 setting diverter. If you are installing a non-divertering tub spout and plan on plumbing the spout through the diverter you would use the 6 setting diverter.

If I order the 6 function diverter i don't see a bundle that includes the Ashlyn shower head. Is there a part number for the Ashlyn shower head so I can order one to match the other item in my bathroom? Thanks for your help.

Does this also control hot and cold water? If so how? I see red and blue on the blank handle but I can’t figure out how that would work.

Thank you for your question. The T11964-BL is a diverter trim and does not control the temperature. Unfortunately the incorrect handle is shown on the trim with the black finish. All other finishes pictured show the correct handle.

Can I use this diverter alone in a Shower only situation? (Meaning this is not a tub and shower situation, just used only to turn on and off the shower and change temperature of water)
