When the handle is turned all the way to hot, is the handle vertical or is it supposed to turn to the left and align with the “H”?

I installed the VELUM Monitor 14 in my knew shower. With the valve all the way in the hot position, the shower is not hot enough. Is there a setting I can adjust to correct this problem?

The shower unit can be adjusted, I have attached a link to show how to adjust the RLS on our Delta shower cartridges. This will provide the option of hotter water, also we recommend making sure the water heater temperature is set to 120 or lower.

Is it possible to order matching brushed gold finish screws that are a half inch longer than the ones that come with the trim?

Does it have a device incorporated that allows one to set an ongoing relative heat setting, apart from the on / off of the water flow?
