Leaks
Started leaking a year after installing. Plumber checked it out and couldn’t find a problem. Made sure water was emptied out of hose. Tried shutting off, then slightly turning handle on. Worked for a while. Then tried turning off with a little force. Again worked for a while. Now leaking a lot! Not happy with this purchase!

Delta Ashlyn Monitor Shower Trum Pkge
We put this item in a home we remodeled. It looks updated and upscale. We especially like the dual controls; one for water volume and another that controls water temperature. We like this item so much we ordered it for a second home.

Water Temperature

Looks beautiful!
I was excited to open the packaging and find such a beautiful trim for this price! Unfortunately, it wasn’t the right type of trim for our project (my bad), so we had to return it. If it’s the right part for your project, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. It seemed like it was well made

Love this product
My husband likes the handheld and I like the stationary shower head. This was a perfect compromise without compromising style. One feature that we did not realize and absolutely LOVE is that the hot/cold setting sort of stays with the on/off lever so you get the same temperature every time without adjusting!!

We had this set installed in our main shower in 2016. We have been happy with it up until now but we cannot get the shower to not drip. We have tried shutting off the handle harder. We have tried bringing the handheld (which where the drips comes from) and emptying it after the shower, and no luck. Our installer did not save the instructions, so we are at a loss how to correct this issue.

Delta Shower Head
I am a general contractor specializing in bathroom remodeling and this shower head is good if you don't want to spend a lot of money, however the shower head assembly is all made of all plastic and the removable head is difficult to insert into the holder. The valve and handles are fine and typical of Delta's product line which is decent quality for the money.

Liked the design, function is just okay
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this design for our master bath to match with other items we purchased that had a square design, It is difficult to remove the hand held part from the fixed showerhead. I didn't seat it right one time and it fell almost hitting me on the head. Once you get it in there right, it is secure. We are not that impressed with the water pressure that comes from it. The hose is stiff and really sticks out from the wall. We are assuming this will relax over time, but it is kind of in the way right now.
Unfortunately, we also bought the round design for two other bathrooms. To avoid the cost of a return, we are living with them, though we don't love them. The hose is stiff and really sticks out from the wall. We are assuming this will relax over time, but it is kind of in the way right now.

Great shower head but controls sticky

Only negative is adjusting controls for both cold and hot is sticky and doesn't adjust easily. Also we almost always have pressure up all the way because it sticks and can't get it turned all the way warm with low pressure

Does the job

Hoping for great control
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this shower faucet for my new construction based on the recommendation from a friend who works for a plumbing supplier. My shower faucet will not be accessible from outside the shower. Therefore, I wanted to be able to turn my faucet on heat up to a comfortable temperature without having to stand in cold water. Because this faucet has a separate volume control, I can leave the temperature setting at my desired temperature when I turned the shower off and on. I also like that I can use the shower head as a hand held shower.

Faceplate too Small
Replacing a round faceplate and the square one does not cover the hole in my tile. Do you carry a something decorative that can cover the tile yet still look nice with the square faceplate?

Ashlyn Shower valve trim
Currently installing a shower and wanted the Ashlyn line. Will plan on buying the trim for T14264SS and T17064SS. I see these only come with the valves. So 2 questions.
1. My interior designer designed a bathroom utliizing the Ashlyn trim. Earlier she looked up this series and said we could use the R10000-UNBX valves. Thus I bought two of these so the contractor could install the plumbing and we were going to wait on the trim. I see in your specs that it requires a R10000-IP valves. Can the R10000-UNBX be used instead of R10000-IP valves.The contractor wants to install the valves on Monday 09-15-14. Need answer ASAP.
2. If the R10000-UNBX can be used, can you buy the Ashlyn trim w/o the valves. If so, are the part numbers correct above?

Hi Glo, Thank you for your question. The R10000-UNBX rough in valve will work with the Ashlyn T14624-SS and T17064-SS trims.
The T14624-SS shower trim and the T17064-SS valve only trim are the trims only, the parts on the outside of the wall plus the cartridge. They do not include the rough in valves that must be purchased separately .

Where can I purchase just the handle and set screw for this series? My handle keeps falling off and the set screw appears to just spin inside the handle base, so I'm not able to remove it and just replace the set screw.
