Looks beautiful!
I was excited to open the packaging and find such a beautiful trim for this price! Unfortunately, it wasn’t the right type of trim for our project (my bad), so we had to return it. If it’s the right part for your project, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. It seemed like it was well made

Q&A
Faceplate too Small
Replacing a round faceplate and the square one does not cover the hole in my tile. Do you carry a something decorative that can cover the tile yet still look nice with the square faceplate?

The shower stem that comes with our shower (Ashlyn Monitor 14) is a little shorter than we would like- are there extension pieces or a longer stem that we can purchase? Where will be find these? We have the venetian bronze color

Thank you for your question. The RP77991 Extension Kit does fit the Delta Monitor T14064-RB Valve Trim Kit to add 1 3/4" extension. Here is a link to the kit:

Ashlyn Shower valve trim
Currently installing a shower and wanted the Ashlyn line. Will plan on buying the trim for T14264SS and T17064SS. I see these only come with the valves. So 2 questions.
1. My interior designer designed a bathroom utliizing the Ashlyn trim. Earlier she looked up this series and said we could use the R10000-UNBX valves. Thus I bought two of these so the contractor could install the plumbing and we were going to wait on the trim. I see in your specs that it requires a R10000-IP valves. Can the R10000-UNBX be used instead of R10000-IP valves.The contractor wants to install the valves on Monday 09-15-14. Need answer ASAP.
2. If the R10000-UNBX can be used, can you buy the Ashlyn trim w/o the valves. If so, are the part numbers correct above?

Hi Glo, Thank you for your question. The R10000-UNBX rough in valve will work with the Ashlyn T14624-SS and T17064-SS trims.
The T14624-SS shower trim and the T17064-SS valve only trim are the trims only, the parts on the outside of the wall plus the cartridge. They do not include the rough in valves that must be purchased separately .

How long is the handle? Does it extend beyond the face plate?

Where can I purchase just the handle and set screw for this series? My handle keeps falling off and the set screw appears to just spin inside the handle base, so I'm not able to remove it and just replace the set screw.

Can this be set to a temperature of choice for next times shower?
