Can this be used along for a standing tub as a wall mount filler?

Yes, however, we recommend the center of the tub spout to be in the center of the tub drain. The tub spout is 7 15/16" inches from the finished wall to the middle of the flow regulator. For technical information on the tub spout in this kit, please refer to the link below!
