Absolutely in love!
I tried writing this review a few times and it kept being kicked back. I am in love with this shower head. It’s so sleek and beautiful. It blends so well with my other brushed nickel in the bathroom. Highly recommend. Water pressure is amazing and it’s very quite.

Amazing!
This Delta shower head is so big I love it!! There are different types of water flows you can choose from and each one has a great amount of pressure when it flows. This makes my shower look so modern with the square design. The quality of the shower head and the handle are so nice! They feel sturdy. Love it so much!

Easy to install
This shower head and new handle was very easy to install. It is perfect for my basement shower. It has really strong water flow through it making it east to rinse. I love that is is similar to rain shower heads I've had before.

Not only is my new Delta shower head beautiful, it's functional and sprays down so nicely. I really admire the look it has given my shower because it's modern and up to date. I showed friends and family and they were also impressed with the transformation of my bathroom.

Delta = Quality Design
The look at style of this fixture is fantastic! With Delta you come to expect designer look with solid construction and durability, this fixture is no exception. It took me about 2 hours from start to cleanup. Knowing how difficult replacing showers could be, this was super easy to install. I will recommend Delta products to everyone I know!

Solid and Stylish
I love the look of this! It is simple, stylish, and has a modern feel to it. It is a nice upgrade to my shower. The finish is absolutely beatiful. I found it easy to install on my own and it only took my a minimal amount of time from start to finish. I have only installed one showerhead in the past. The handle is smooth and turns well. The shower head is perfect and has a nice wide width to the water spray. I am considering installing one in my second bathroom.

This showerhead is composed of metallic and non-metallic components. It features a metal ball connector. Non-metallic materials are used for the safety and longevity of the model. Metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion, and conducts heat.

I purchased this shower head and control in black stainless. Is there a matching drain hole cover/strainer in that same finish? If not Delta, is there a Brizo version in Luxe Steel that would work? For my bathroom faucets, I was recommended a Brizo.

Is there a water reducer on this shower? The flow isn’t strong enough

Our Delta Faucet shower unit T14243-SS has a max flow rate of 1.75 GPM @ 80 psi. If you are not getting that amount of water I would recommend flushing, I have included the flushing instructions below.
To flush the open valve without the cartridge, please follow the directions below.
1) Remove the handle by loosening the set screw on the side of the base of the handle. The set screw is either an 1/8" or 3/32" allen screw. So you will need to use the appropriate size allen wrench to loosen it. Loosen it just enough to be able to easily pull the handle off. * Note. If there is calcium build-up at the base of the handle it may be necessary to soak it in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water. Simply saturate the rag with the 50/50 solution, wrap it around the handle base and place a plastic bag over it. I would recommend to do this the night before removing the handle.
2) After removing the handle, remove the trim sleeve.
3) Then you will need to remove the bonnet nut. The bonnet nut is the threaded ring at the valve opening. It unscrews counterclockwise. You will need a pipe wrench or a pair of channel locks.
4) After removing the bonnet nut, you will need to pull the cartridge straight out. You may need a small skinny bladed screwdriver to wedge in between the lip of the cartridge and the valve to help start it out.
5) Once the cartridge is removed, you will have an open valve body.
6) Next, shut the shower door or curtain and turn the water on to the valve. Water should gush out much like an open fire hydrant. Have someone observe if there is good water pressure coming out of the valve and let it flush for 30 seconds.
7) Re-install the cartridge and re-assemble in reverse of how it was disassembled. The Tub/Shower should then have a good flow. If it does not, the cartridge will need to be replaced.

Does this work well for homes on well water, or only on city water?

Yes, this can be used with well water. We recommend a minimum water pressure of 30 psi.
