Modern and sleek!
I LOVE this shower hardware. It is beautiful and clean and modern and I am so happy with it. The brass hardware is gorgeous. We did struggle with installation but it had nothing to do with the actual hardware and more with how our builder messed stuff up beforehand. I love the water pressure from the head. It is more efficient than my previous shower head. I am so pleased with my Delta hardware and highly recommend! This beautiful bathroom hardware was given in exchange for my honest review.

High quality & trending color at an affordable pri
I am super impressed with the quality of this shower faucet and how well the product was packaged. It looks just like the picture and I love the champagne bronze color even more in person. We will be doing a shower renovation soon and this will be the perfect addition to our new bathroom. Since it’s a Delta product, the quality should be top notch as well so we are looking forward to getting this project started!

Good faucet with a cheap plastic feel
I received this in the mail today. I was surprised at how light the whole kit was. It appears to be brushed metal however upon inspection I noticed it was still very much a fingerprint magnet. In terms of quality, it met expectations for the price point. The handle is nice. The installation was straight forward and instructions included were clear. I did however have an issue with the water pressure as it's rated at 1.7 gpm. It's not good enough! I suggest removing the plastic restrictor in the back of the head and you should get 2.5 gpm! Easy to clean thanks to the rubber nozzles on the head!

The best shower!
We renovated our master bathroom last year and I spent a lot of time researching shower heads knowing it could make or break a major point of our reno - I wanted to LOVE our new shower! I even declined shower head options provided by our designer to go with this one and I'm so glad I did. It looks nice, it is easy to use, has amazing water pressure and it is very easy to go back and forth between the regular head and handheld. I honestly haven't tried every setting because I'm so happy with the basic one. We are now looking to do our daughter's shared bathroom and I will be looking at getting this same one for their new shower.

Leaks
Ashlynn model 14 started leaking about six months ago. We moved into our brand new house in November of 19. Is there a warranty coverage on this part or a way to stop the leak? If not I would like the part number to fix problem. Thanks Joe

Do not purchase
This product was installed for a guest bathroom remodel in January. Worked fine for about a month. It is now May and for some reason has cracked causing water to spray over the shower door on to the floor and vanity. Very disappointed with this product.

Dislike: the finish. It shows water stain. Must be dried after each use.
Dislike: Handheld sprayer. I will replace it.
Dislike: size of hand held sprayer.
Dislike: Lack of water pressure from hand held sprayer.
Dislike: Angle of hand held sprayer. You must stand almost on the back wall of the shower to have any water cascade.

Very easy installation and works great!
We love our new shower from Delta! It came with everything needed for a very simple install. I installed ours myself in about an hour. I was a little intimidated by the installation, but it was actually very easy. Someone a little handier than me could have done it in half the time. Once it was installed, I immediately tried it out and really love the perfect amount of pressure and coverage that the shower gives. It has been a great update to our bathroom.

I plan on installing this shower trim Delta T14264-SS outdoors by my pool. Is the material made of stainless steel or is that just the name of the finish? Do you know what grade of stainless it is?

Thank you for your question. The Brilliance Stainless Steel for the Delta T14264-SS shower unit is the name of the finish. Unfortunately none of our faucets are specifically designed to be installed outdoors. They are not designed to withstand extreme cold weather conditions (freezing) or direct sunlight from the sun in the summer months.
If you do decide to install one of our faucets outdoors, then please remember that our warranty only covers manufactures defects. Damage incurred to the faucet by the extreme weather conditions are not covered by our warranty program.

You can use any tub spout to go with the T14264 shower trim. In addition to the trim you will need a rough in valve such as the R10000-UNBX.

I’m trying to replace a CARTRIDGE for this Delta Model Ashlyn T14264. Tons of info about trim kits, valve body etc. But no info about the specific cartridge and where to purchase???

On the Delta Ashlyn shower faucet, can you adjust the water temperature to get hotter water?

Thank you for your question. Thank you for your question. There is a rotational limit stop (RLS) at the temperature control to adjust the hot water limit. To adjust the RLS, first remove the temperature cover and take a phillips head screw driver and turn the set screw counter clockwise to remove.
Remove the gray knob. Behind the knob, you should see a black disk. Take the disk and take it out and place the disk to the hotter side. The hot side should be up against the iron piece that is sticking down on the volume handle. Once adjusted, reinstall all handle parts.
