This is a second hand held shower in our home. I prefer the Moen brand to this shower assembly. The handle creaks a little when adjusted.

Which R10000 will work
Thanks for your feedback on my earlier question. I will order the T14264-SSLHD and 58470-SS as recommended. Will a R10000-UNWSHF work for this combination? It was purchased for a different configuration and I'm wondering if I need to return it and order something else. Thanks!

What is the GPM flow rate on this model (not in specs)

The model T14264-LHD (less showerhead) does not provide the gallons per minute because it does not include a shower head. The gallons per minute depends the shower head you choose.

What do i need for a complete remodel set-up if purchasing the 58470-SS?
We are remodeling our bathroom and I am considering the H2oKinetic In2ition 58470-SS Shower Head. We have ordered the Ashlyn faucette and I would like to understand what to order to complete the set-up.
1.) If I order the T11864-SS I assume I'll also need to order the R1000. Is there anything else I will need?
2.) If I order the T14264-SSLHD I assume I'll also need to order the R11000. Is there anything else I will need?
3.) I don't understand the difference between the T11864-SS and the T14264-SSLHD basic shower trim. It seems they are different, but I don't understand the difference between the two (besides the inclusive items).

Thank you for your question. The T14264-SSLHD requires an R10000 rough-in valve. The valve and shower head are the only other things you will need to purchase with this trim for a shower-only installation.
The T11864-SS is a 3-Setting Diverter Trim and does not control the temperature or flow of water. It works in conjunction with a 14, 17, or 17T series valve and will divert water between two components. This unit would not be required in your installation unless you wish to add an additional shower head, hand shower, or body sprays. This trim would require an R11000 valve.

Just finished a bathroom remodel and noticed that the shower handle is extremely wobbly. Is this a quick fix I can do myself or do I need to call the contractor back to fix it? I'd prefer to fix it myself.
Thank you for your question, Katy! This repair is very simple and often does not require the use of a professional. Your handle is held onto the stem of the cartridge with a set screw which can be tightened with a 3/32" Allen wrench, part number RP26853.

We are remodeling our master bath. I plan to use a delta brushed nickel shower head but most of the trim doesn't seem to be available in that finish. How close is the stainless to brushed nickel?
