VERY, VERY disappointed in the Tub Spout
I actually thought the tub spout was going to be stainless steel...it is plastic! I am constantly wiping the water spots off!! :( How do you clean water spots off plastic and have it looking good longer than the next time you turn the water on? I'm actually looking for a replacement...something more heavy duty and fingerprint free...round...to match the shower head and handle...brushed stainless.

Disappointed in tub spout
Although the write up said metal tub spout , the product was plastic. I am disappointed that it is not brass. At least , say plastic if it’s plastic!

Simple design
Finally installed these. I was looking for a replacement but dragged my feet installing them as I was afraid they'd be difficult to work with. Not the case. Super easy to instal. Great quality and the best of all, a simple design to complement the other fixtures in the bathroom. Very happy with it

Delta faucet
We replaced an older shower with this new Delta shower kit. The installation was a little more than our limited plumbing knowledge could handle. We called in help and the plumber said it was a very easy and direct install. The shower works perfectly and the controls to the temperature allow you to take the perfect shower for the whole family. Plus it’s beautiful!

Great bathroom trim
Couldn’t be happier with this tub/shower trim kit! Very easy to install and has a very nice satin nickel finish. The tub spout works perfectly and the handle is easy to maneuver. The shower head provides great, even pressure. All around a great piece!

Great for any bathroom
This is a beautiful set for any shower/tub. It is simple but sleek looking and has a great design. The water control knob is so easy to use and the shower head is really nice. You get a nice flow of water from the head and it feels like an expensive shower head. I love the look of the three piece set.

Is the tub spout metal? What about the escutcheon plate, sleeve, and the control handle?

Thank you for your question. The handle, escutcheon plate, and shower arm of the Delta Trinsic Tub and Shower T14433_BL faucet model are metal. The shower head and tub spout have non-metallic components.

This shower faucet set was recently installed with a remodel. I’m having trouble with the drain stopper. Is this supposed to be a screw-in stopper, or pop-up, or twist and turn? We just can’t figure it out. Thank you!

To stop the water from draining with our push-pop stoppers, you can push the stopper down, to release water push the stopper again and it will pop up.
If you need to clean the drain, our drain stoppers twist counterclockwise to remove, and clockwise to tighten.
Please note these instructions are for our drain stopper, this may not be the same for other manufacturers' tub drain stoppers.
