Does the faucet of model number T14437-BL slip onto copper or thread onto 1/2” pipe?

The tub spout with our T14437-BL includes the tri-universal tub spout adapter. This adapter allows the installations listed below.
• Thread using iron pipe with 1/2" NPT threads
• Sweat with copper 1/2" tube using solder sweat joint
• Slip-On with copper 1/2” tube using supplied set-screw and O-rings

Does this product comes with the cartridge and the 4way water housing?

Thanks for your question regarding T14437! Yes, this model does include the Cartridge Assembly (RP46074); however, the Rough-In Valve (R10000-UNBX) is sold separately.

Do You have an extension for a T14437-BL model faucet, needs to be 3/4 " long?

No, you can install the shower head where you desire, however, the tub spout drop will still need to be 8 to 18 inches from the rough-in valve or it may cause shower rise.
