Can I use this shower trim kit with any already installed delta valve.

Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about T14464-BL-R! The 14 series can only be installed on a post 2006 universal rough valve R10000 or a pre-2006 1400 series only. The pre-2006 rough valves were model specific and can only be updated using the same series that was previously installed.
