Now I do like it!
I wrote a review yesterday stating I couldn't lodge the hand held-but I finally found the sweet spot and hope to be able to find it. I do really like it and the color and I think that I also said that I thought that the handheld water adjust was in the wrong place-but it's not-wanted revise my review but didn't see an edit button.

Like it want to love it though !
I just had this installed and the hand held has on been used less than five time and now it won’t stay in the socket and drops so I wrap it around the faucet handle but then this means I can’t use the full shower if I want. Also I think the spray adjuster is in the wrong place .

Aesthetically pleasing but plastic.
While we like the look of the fixture, we were very surprised that the material was plastic, especially considering the cost, so concerned about how well this will hold up.

I can't seems to find the control to activate the shower from the spout. My old one, I have to pull something under the spout to activate the shower

On the inside of the tub spout there is a plastic square which slows the water flow. Can the plastic square be removed so there is more water volume coming out.
Thank you for your question, clifdive! The part you are referring to is part of the diverter which helps direct the flow of water and prevents splashing. Removing this part will damage the tub spout and will not increase the flow rate. If you have questions or need further assistance, please contact us directly.

what parts of the Ashlyn Tub and shower trim are plastic and which are metal
Hi Consumer, Thank you for your question. The shower head and tub spout are not metal. The remainder of the trim on the model T14464-RB is metal.

We are trying to replace a Delta shower/tub faucet from the early 90's. Is this compatible with the plumbing, valve? already installed? Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry! As long as the screw holes on your original 13/1400 series large round escutcheon plate are at the 1 and 7 o'clock positions and you do not have a push button shower diverter directly below the off and on handle, then the Delta Ashlyn Tub and Shower T14464 and any of our other trim kits that start with a T13 or a T14 will interchange for you. The cartridges that come with the new trim kits will not fit your valve body, so you will need to reuse your existing cartridge (RP19804, Blue/White).

Is there an extension kit for this trim?

Thank you for your question. Stem extension kit RP77991 can be ordered to allow for an additional 1 3/4" wall thickness. This kit ships with chrome escutcheon screws.

My customer purchased the T14464 trim with the R10000unbx valve. We shipped the valve for the rough in and the plumber is saying he needs the cartridge to finish rough in installation. . Does this not come with the valve?

Is the Diverter on this model supposed to be tight or does it swivel around
