Great water pressure
We had this installed 2 months ago. Just starting using cause we had bathroom issues. Didn't think I would like cause I'm use to a slide bar. I love it!!

Does the job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works just right, haven't had any functional problems. Would like a longer hose. The description, however, should say this is a shiny metal finish on PLASTIC that looks cheap not a chrome finish which implies metal.

Bought for basement bath

It is not used everyday like it would be in the Master so it is perfect for this bathroom. For the look and price I would buy this fixture again (and it is very nice having the capability to use the hand held to clean the shower)

Love the Look, but...
The faucet will not go on flush with the wall. There's about a 1/2 to 3/4 " gap. The wall is plumb and level, so not sure why it won't go on flush with the wall? Not happy with the gap.

Hoping for great control
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this shower faucet for my new construction based on the recommendation from a friend who works for a plumbing supplier. My shower faucet will not be accessible from outside the shower. Therefore, I wanted to be able to turn my faucet on heat up to a comfortable temperature without having to stand in cold water. Because this faucet has a separate volume control, I can leave the temperature setting at my desired temperature when I turned the shower off and on. I also like that I can use the shower head as a hand held shower.

Nice Looking
Product looks great; but the hand held sprayer seems flimsy due to it just being plastic and doesn't have any weight to it. The handles are very sturdy and are really nice. One problem we have is that we aren't getting enough hot water; so will research how to remove the control valve. We had a plumber install so can't say anything about the installation process.

I can't seems to find the control to activate the shower from the spout. My old one, I have to pull something under the spout to activate the shower

On the inside of the tub spout there is a plastic square which slows the water flow. Can the plastic square be removed so there is more water volume coming out.
Thank you for your question, clifdive! The part you are referring to is part of the diverter which helps direct the flow of water and prevents splashing. Removing this part will damage the tub spout and will not increase the flow rate. If you have questions or need further assistance, please contact us directly.

what parts of the Ashlyn Tub and shower trim are plastic and which are metal

We are trying to replace a Delta shower/tub faucet from the early 90's. Is this compatible with the plumbing, valve? already installed? Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry! As long as the screw holes on your original 13/1400 series large round escutcheon plate are at the 1 and 7 o'clock positions and you do not have a push button shower diverter directly below the off and on handle, then the Delta Ashlyn Tub and Shower T14464 and any of our other trim kits that start with a T13 or a T14 will interchange for you. The cartridges that come with the new trim kits will not fit your valve body, so you will need to reuse your existing cartridge (RP19804, Blue/White).

Is there an extension kit for this trim?

Thank you for your question. Stem extension kit RP77991 can be ordered to allow for an additional 1 3/4" wall thickness. This kit ships with chrome escutcheon screws.

My customer purchased the T14464 trim with the R10000unbx valve. We shipped the valve for the rough in and the plumber is saying he needs the cartridge to finish rough in installation. . Does this not come with the valve?

Is the Diverter on this model supposed to be tight or does it swivel around
