Hello. My RP70171 shower head is leaking from the metal seam near the front edge of the shower head ( not the spray holes ). Do I need to replace the cartridge or the shower head to fix it? Is there anyway to take apart the shower head to stop the leak.

Unfortunately, the RP70171SP or RP70171SSPR showerhead is not designed to be disassembled. If water is leaking from the edge, the showerhead would need to be replaced.

Hello. I have two questions. What size allen wrench is used to remove the set screw holding the escutcheon to the bracket for the T14467-SS-R model shower handle? Additionally, what size o-ring is placed over the cartridge?

The Allen wrench size will be 3/32" or 1/8".This o-ring size is 2-9/64" OD x 1-55/64" ID x .139.
