Love the quality, poor instructions
Love this handle. This was our first time installing a shower handle and the instructions were not easy to follow, but after some time we were able to figure it out. No install videos for this specific handle either.

will this trim fit a 1500 Monitor?
Hello!
In order to install model T17042 you will need to install a new R10000-UN rough-in valve. To update your 1500 series trim kit we offer the RP29402 1500 to 17 series conversion kit.

DOES THE ALTADO SHOWER TRIM INCLUDE THE CARTRIDGE NEEDED RP32104 ?

No, our current tub/shower trims do not include older valve cartridges as they use the new MultiChoice valve cartridges. The new 1700 series tub/shower trim kits will fit the older valves, however, the cartridges are not interchangeable.

Can this be a multi function trim? Can I use this for a shower head, wand, and then both together?

This cannot control multi functions. The trim controls volume and temperature.

How do you tighten a loose handle

How do I get the water to come out of the shower head?
