The stretched feminine form and unbroken lines of the Kayra™ Bath Collection create a clean, flowing design. The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality provides maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only, or both the shower head and hand shower at once. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering, and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. Delta WaterSense labeled faucets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard—saving you money without compromising performance. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shower head leaking and handle is chipped I was very disappointed after the installation. The shower head rubber nipple leaks in the off position. And the handle has a chip. I would not recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Low water pressure on hot. Loose handles. I had the Kayra series 1705 shower head, valve, handles, etc installed in a remodel. The water pressure is low when full hot is turned on. Temperature regulator dial was turned all the way to maximum hot. Installer told us that was normal because it's limiting the cold water supply and turned the temp 'dial' down, from full hot. Still have a problem with low pressure. Also, water was dripping out when valve was in off position. Installer played around with the cartridge and it stopped. Also, the handles become loose and has had to be retightened twice. I would expect better quality from Delta products and would NOT recommend this piece of crap to anyone.

Is the handheld portion held in place by a magnetic connection only, or does it mechanically latch onto the spray head?

We just had a new shower installed with the 17233 shower fixture. The water pressure exiting the shower head is VERY low. House pressure is 55 PSI. Have tried to adjust shower head controls, is there a pressure reducing orifice that can be remived ?

My Delta Kayra Monitor 17 series dual function pressure balanced shower valve ,T17233, now has loose handles. I tightened the set screw on the temp handle, but the whole dual handle unit is still loose.

I am looking for a trinsic trim dedicated hand shower to install on my shower bench and I need help getting a list together for the different parts

For a shower valve and hand shower, you will need a hand shower and hose such as 55085, a wall elbow 50560-PR, valve rough R10000-UNBXHF, and a valve trim such as T14259. My 1 year old Delta Kayra Monitor 17 series dual function pressure balanced shower valve ,T17233, has become loose and wiggles. What is the best way to tighten it back to normal. Thanks for your help.

The escutcheon plate can be tightened with the set screw on the bottom. The instructions and the Youtube video do not give instructions for every variation of this product trim, and therefore there is no clear instruction of how to adjust the temperature. Where can I find this information?

With any hand shower, for example, the part that you would grab onto is typically made of plastic or a plastic mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion, and retains heat. I have a problem with my newly installed shower head, which is beautiful! My problem…. I’m too short to reach the diverter that controls the hand held unit. Is there any small extension that can  be added, only need about 4 inches of length added.
