PRODUCT FEATURES
The Saylor® Bath Collection is an intriguing blend of traditional and contemporary design elements with strong, geometric forms and hints of industrial style in the handles. The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. With separate handles for volume and temperature control, this Delta tub/shower provides a more refined showering experience. Simply set the water at your preferred temperature and turn the shower on or off with the volume control handle—without interrupting your set temperature. Delta® showers with Monitor® pressure-balance valves are engineered to make sure you don’t experience a sudden and possibly unsafe change in water temperature as a result of running water elsewhere, such as using a dishwasher, flushing a toilet or running a washing machine. While other products may gather unsightly mineral buildup over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look — with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water — and you help the environment too. Delta WaterSense® labeled faucets, showers and toilets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard — helping you save water without compromising performance. You can install with confidence, knowing Delta® products are backed by our Lifetime Limited Warranty.
  • Perfectly coordinates with the Saylor® Bath Collection
  • Monitor® pressure balance valve keeps water temperature within a safe ±3.6° F (±1.7° C), helping to protect you from sudden changes in hot or cold water pressure
  • The In2ition® Two-in-One Shower gets water where you need it most using the integrated shower head and hand shower separately or together
  • Perfect for bathing loved ones and pets as well as keeping the inside of your shower and tub clean
  • Spray settings include: Full Body spray, Full spray with Massage, Massaging spray, and Pause
  • Pause feature reduces water to a trickle, giving you space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks while maintaining your temperature settings
  • Soft, rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime buildup from the spray face of your shower head and hand shower with the touch of a finger
  • Trim kit only, must order MultiChoice® Universal valve rough (R10000 Series) separately to complete the unit
  • Back-to-back installation capability

Can I purchase the shower head for the T17235-CZ-I with the hose as a part only?

Asked by: Showerhead purchasr

my shower is leaking. I purchased (T17235-SS-I) in 2016 during a complete remodel by a licensed contractor. Recently, the shower started leaking. I've cleaned the shower head by removing the entire thing. How do i fix the handle valve?

Asked by: Shnayx2
Hi Shnayx2, Hi Shnayx2, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! We apologize for the issues you are experiencing and are happy to help! Please gather a philips screwdriver and a strap wrench. Please note to shut off the water before removing any parts. 1. Please remove the temperature cap located on the tip of your handle by placing your fingers on the 'pointer' of the temperature cap and peeling upwards. This will be a little difficult as it is clipped into the temperature knob. 2. Once this piece is removed, you will see a plastic piece held in by a philips screwdriver. Please remove this part and be very careful not to drop the screw or the Rotational Limit Stop (looks like a black cog). Please note this black cog piece goes in one way. 3. Slide the sleeve assembly off of the valve. The sleeve is a decorative cylinder that covers the valve. 4. Place the strap wrench around the bonnet nut, and twist counterclockwise to remove it. 5. Remove the cartridge assembly inside the valve. You will now see a white plastic piece in your valve with seats and springs on each side. 6. Remove the white plastic piece with the seats and springs in it, and replace the new o-rings and seats and springs with the new ones. 7. We recommend flushing the valve before placing in new parts. Please refer to the instructions below. Flushing Shut the shower door or curtain and turn the water on to the valve. Water should gush out, much like an open fire hydrant. Have someone observe if there is good water pressure coming out of the valve and let it flush for 30 seconds. We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! I have rough -in valves installed already but need the trims and finish shower heads and slide bar shower piece for dual function balanced shower system in gold color or champagne bronze

Asked by: Anonymous

I purchased this mainly because it looked like you could have the shower head and handheld spraying water at the same time. I cannot get it to do that. How is that setting achieved?

Asked by: Jackie
Hi Jackie, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T17435-SS-I. There is a knob on the right side of the showerhead to change to the showerhead, hand shower, or both. Which multi valve rough to use? It says R1000 multi but there are different options. The UNBX is recommended. Can a HF or WS be used so it has stops? I am wondering if those are not recommended for a rough in with a tub spout and trim.

Asked by: SG22
Hi SG22, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The R10000-UNWSHF rough-in is for shower-only application as it does not feature a bottom port for a tub spout. For tub and shower installations we recommend the R10000-UNBX. Model R10000-UNWS is the same as the "UNBX" version except it features valve stops so you can turn the water off at the valve itself instead of the home's shut-off valve. Where can I buy just the shower head and hose that are connected in the brushed stainless finish?

Asked by: mike B

Are the main components, trim, handle, spigot... made of metal or plastic?

Asked by: Rocky
Hi Rocky, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T17435-SS-I. This faucet trim is a mixture of metallic and non-metallic materials. Unfortunately, we don't have a complete breakdown of the materials used. The water volume handle is metal. The tub spout is a durable nonmetallic construction. Nonmetallic parts are used to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality product while maintaining safety control for the various temperatures of water that go through the product. With the hand shower, for example, the part that you would grab onto is made of plastic or a plastic mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion, and retains heat. Please reach out if you have any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist

Is there a ball joint behind the shower head where it connects to the shower head arm to allow you to pivot/tilt the shower head to position it more up, down, left or right?

Asked by: Kristen

This is the shower head we have. It has been having issues with it spraying powder when the water comes out. I clean it every day. Yes is does get calcium deposits and I clean that off too. How do we get a new one. It was new when we moved in.

Asked by: Laurie
Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to the build-up of mineral deposits, and we recommend blotting the faucet dry with a microfiber cloth after use to prevent this from happening. However, water spots and fingerprints can be easily cleaned by wiping the finish with a damp cloth. If additional cleaning is needed, we recommend using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturer's instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: · Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy-duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid bleach-based cleaners. · Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric, and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. · Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes We appreciate your inquiry.
