Versatile and very functional Showerhead
I chose this showerhead because I like to save water and I can route it all to the smaller showerhead (which detaches) in the middle of the larger one. I actually have had this in the other bathroom for a few years, and love using it. It easily reattaches inside the larger one and I've never had it leak. It was a natural choice when it came to remodeling the other bathroom.

Almost perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE the look and functionality of the shower, and it really helped complete my shower project, but I have a few complaints. 1. The stainless steel finish REALLY shows water spots. 2. The catch/clasp to hold the wand in the showerhead requires a particular angle/process to properly engage.

Hello I have a Monitor 17 Series Shower Trim with In2ition in Champagne Bronze MODEL#: T17242-CZ-I. I’m missing the connector that joins the showerhead and the shower arm. Is it possible to just get that piece ordered. New construction project, lost it.

I have a new Delta In2ition shower head. I cannot get both heads to come on simultaneously….my instruction booklet doesn’t have the information to turn both on together.

does water flow from the exterior shower head and the interior removable wand

Yes, the water will flow from the shower head and the handshower at the same time as well as individually! There is a diverter lever on the shower head that will divert water.

What do you do if water does not come through the handheld part?

The knob on the right side of the showerhead changes between the showerhead and the hand shower. The hand shower may also be in the pause setting. Turn the dial on the hand shower face to change the setting.
