The rainfall shower head leaked right away, Delta replaced it with no question but the new one leaked just as bad. Tried filling it full of caulk etc. but nothing worked. It's not the screws! It's the untested design. Just said forget it and never used it. It's been installed for 2 years. It's too bad, we're redoing our master now and have to look at something else.

The shower head is already leaking out of the seams on the top. It looks great but cheaply made. Buy something else. I am already looking for a replacement shower head.

I had purchased this same Delta faucet in chrome for an en suite bath and loved it so much that I knew I would get the same one when we did another bath. The bronze finish is just beautiful. It is so easy to use the faucet and you always know what the temperature is going to be when you "set" the faucet. My only issue is the rain spray which sometimes , if it gets knocked starts to drip when it is on at the sides. I have been able to fix it by just straightening it and making sure it is tight. I have had this issue with both rain heads. Also- you need to keep the head clean- important if you have hard water which we do. A quick swipe over the nozzles does the trick. Overall I love the faucet and know that it will give me many years of use.

The shower head provides the luxurious gentle rain water shower we were hoping for. The faucet allows you to leave the same hot water setting on the small handle, and you just turn the big handle for on & off. The only thing is that it seems to be backward from the normal right/left logic. I assumed we installed it backward but I notice in the photo that it looks like ours does when it's in the full off position with big handle to the right. Look carefully when you install. Overall though we are very happy with this product.

The design is beautiful, shower head size is a nice blend of traditional and rain head. The only problem I have is the head leaks. I have purchased multiple of these units for other houses we have built for clients and have had similar problems. I love delta products though and have complete success with the bathtub faucet in this collection as well as many of the kitchen faucets Delta carries.

The large shower head gives you plenty of water to rinse off easily and the double handle lets you set the temperature you want. The small handle adjusts the temp. so all you need too do the next shower is turn the water on with the large handle and it will be at your desired temp. The head just takes a swipe of your finger across the water "holes" and they're clean of lime scale and other residue. I love it!

We looked at Delta website and find the H2O technology and it was impressive. Do some research and find a working showroom in my city. We visited the showroom and felt the water spray. The shower head is quite large and the shower is great. Quite pricey as showers go, but the finish- ours is chrome looks beautiful. A quick wipe is all you need to keep it clean. After spending $$ on a new bathroom- I'm glad I went with this- it stands out and looks classy. One more thing- if you are tall- make sure to measure for correct height. We had a plumber install the set .

I called Delta and they replaced it. It might be just a rare thing because all the other Delta items are working great.

Does &quot;volume control&quot; mean it is a thermostatic valve?

Which valve to order with T17253 and hand shower 55530

We need the appropriate valve to operate Vero shower T17253 and Vero hand shower 55530. We want a three operation valve--shower head only, handheld only and both open at the same time. Can you, please advise?

Dear JM, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Vero Shower T17253-H2O can be installed/used with the Delta Wall Mount hand shower 55530 by installing a diverter. The Delta 3 / 6-Setting Diverter Rough R11000 and Vero 3 Setting Trim kit T11853 would be needed. Also, the wall elbow for the hand shower hose connection needed is 50570. Best regards, Tanya

disassembly of delta 17/17t water control

how do I disassemble the handle to adjust the water temp...my installer said there was adjustment and was asked to adjust it to full hot as the water temp in house is only 120 and is some distance from the hot water heater. He did not do the adjustment and I just got out of extended hospital stay and need to increase the temp at the shower. I can't find the installation instruction paperwork and my contractor has moved out of the area and is not reachable.

Hi, John! Thank you for your question. There is a rotational limit stop on your valve cartridge assembly that can be adjusted to get hotter water. Do both the RP46870 and RP6023 shower arms come with this kit?

Dear Ron, Thank you for your question. The RP6023 shower arm comes with the Delta Vero T17253-H2O. The RP46870 shower arm comes with the Vero T17253. The style of the showerhead determines the shower arm the comes with it, both arms will not be in the box. Best regards, Tanya

Can I use an RP61273 and Possibly substitute and RP 70172 RB head with the T17253 Trim?

It includes the rubber parts that may have worn or been damaged.
