The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. Set the water at your preferred temperature and turn the shower on or off with the volume control handle - without interrupting your set temperature. what is the diameter of the shower head?

Is there a matching square shower drain in the rubbed bronze?
Thank you for your inquiry, Kmr2018! Delta only manufacture the Bath Waste RP693RB in the Venetian Bronze finish. This unit comes with a circular toe-operated stopper assembly. We don't have any squared shaped stoppers for the bath waste unit.

Shower Valve Rough-In
Will the shower valve that is included with the B112900 Foundations single handed shower accommodate and work with the Ashlyn monitor 17 series shower trim with in2ition two in one shower?

I have purchased the below parts for a complete shower remodel and need to know if I need an additional part to control the water flow.
The below parts will be installed in a shower only (no tub function) setup. There will be a shower head from the wall and a rainfall shower head in the ceiling. Do I need an additional diverter which I believe would be mounted directly after the below MultiChoice Body. Is this a valid setup option and if so what is the correct part number I need.
The Shower Head is the Ashlyn Monitor 17 Series Shower with In2ition Two-in-One Shower (T-17264-SS-I)
The MultiChoice Rough-In Body is the R10000-UNBXHF
8" Shower Head which will be mounted on a 10" downrod from the ceiling . (75354SN)

Hi Dave, Thank you for your question. You will want to install the R11000 diverter rough and the T11864-SS 3 setting diverter trim to complete your shower. The diverter will allow you to operate the In2ition and Raincan showerheads separately or both at the same time. The rest of your set up is correct.

Thank you for your question! The showerhead/handshower has a diverter lever. The lever is positioned on the side of the showerhead, you can set your In2ition Shower to one of three options: showerhead and handshower, showerhead only or handshower only.

Contractor Installed lever that regulated temp Upside down
The contractor installed this unit and the at first the lever was correct but when you turn to left it was cold and right it was warm. His solution was to turn the lever upside down. It now does not match up with the water on lever and is difficult to turn on or off. Is turning the lever upside down the best solution?
Hi JCeresa, Thank you for your question. It sounds like the cartridge is installed upside down. You will need to remove the cartridge, rotate it 180 degrees and reinstall the cartridge. The cartridge itself has "hot side" on it, make sure the "hot side" of the cartridge matches up with your hot water supply side. The handles should then be installed in the correct placement and work properly.

Thank you for your question. The Delta Ashlyn Shower T17264-I unit should not rust, however if there is any rust or calcium build up on the unit we would advised the following the cleaning care directions below.
Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water
spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward.
If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use.
Avoid using the following which can damage your finish:
Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner.
Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents.
Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes.

Can I use the Ashlyn 2 in 1 shower head with the valve and trim that comes with the Everly Shower system? Everly says it comes with R10000 but no more specifics. I would like to change out the Everly shower head with the Ashlyn 2 in 1.

I’m redoing my shower (no tub.) The in2ition shower head is rated at 2.5gpm. The Ashlyn shower trim kit says it provides 1.75gpm. What can do so my shower operates at rated pressure? What valve and trim kit? Black matte.

Yes, the temperature handle is simply pried off with a bit of pressure. There will then be a flathead screw beneath it that needs removed in order to access the rotational limit stop.
