Beware
Great looking piece but extremely disappointed in the construction of it. The majority of it is plastic. Shower pieces are all plastic, including the thermostat and main handle. They are flimsy. When you set the temperature it moves when you turn the volume control on/off. The lav sets are junky too. Most of the components/parts are plastic except for the cartridges. I just installed this at a client's home and I expect we'll be out there in a couple of years when it fails. I purchased through Ferguson not a big box store. Very disappointed in this Delta product. Makes me leery to use Delta moving forward with my projects.

Definite upgrade to my daily showering!
This Delta Ashlyn Monitor 17 Series Shower Trim with In2uition is amazing. Install time took longer than expected only due to old plumbing at my home. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow. I have used this showerhead many times and each time I love to change the settings on how I use it and love how convenient it is to change.

This champagne chrome is the perfect colors. It is not too gold and was exactly what I needed. With the right water pressure this shower head is perfect. You can adjust it how you want it. Being able to pick between jet and waterfall option is so nice. Makes any shower relaxing

Does the Ashlyn have volume control-compare seems wrong
Hi, I am redoing my existing shower, and want to replace the valve too and increase shower height....Couple of questions:
a. Where as when I compare this model with the Linden model, it says Linden has volume control but this does not. That seems wrong. When I look at the Ashlyn valve, it seems to have both volume and temperature handles, just like Linden. Can you please confirm if your compare feature is incorrect?
b. Other than buying the multichoice universal valve, do I need to buy anything else?
c. I love high pressure spray from my shower. Will the UNBXHF multichoice valve help in increasing pressure (vs without HF)?
d. Also, is there a model that has h2okinetic, in2ition technology AND volume control (so that I can set the temperature, and only move the volume lever)? Any other model you recommend for high pressure spray performance and in2ition technology?

Thank you for your questions!
a) This model does have a volume control, as will all 17 series models.
b) No additional parts will be needed to use your shower, other than the R10000 rough-in valve.
c) The high-flow (HF) rough-in valve will provide more water flow from the valve outlet if you are adding additional components, such as a hand shower or body spray. However, the flow rate of the included shower head will not be increased beyond 2.5 gpm with an HF valve.
d) At this time we do not have a complete trim kit that includes an In2ition shower head with H2Okinetic technology. However, you could purchase one separately to use with a Valve-only trim (along with the RP6023 and RP6025 shower arm and flange).

The water isn't hot enough when we turn the water on full. Is there a way to get the adjust to get more hot water?

Thank you for your question. There is a rotational limit stop (RLS) at the temperature control to adjust the hot water limit. To adjust the RLS, first remove the temperature cover and take a phillips head screw driver and turn the set screw counter clockwise to remove.
Remove the gray knob. Behind the knob, you should see a black disk. Take the disk and take it out and place the disk to the hotter side. The hot side should be up against the iron piece that is sticking down on the volume handle. Once adjusted, reinstall all handle parts.

Can the showerhead be adjusted to different angles?

Is the showerhead on this model adjustable so that the angle of the water spray can be moved (straight down or angled to spray further from the shower wall) or is the showerhead in a fixed position that can't be moved?
The shower head can tilt. Because if the hose it would not be able to point directly down link a rain shower head.

My plumber installed the valve too deep and so with the escutcheon, the handle cannot reach the rotational limit stop (R32102) and the screws (R12630) are now too short. Do you have any kind of extender so the handle can reach as well as longer screws?

Can l an Ashlyn Monitor 17 Series T17264 be installed in a R10000-UNWSHF valve? i.e. High Flow Valve?
Thank you for your question, Nate! Yes, you can use the R10000-UNWSHF valve body, with the T17264-I valve trim. Because the bottom port is pre-plugged on the R10000-UNWSHF valve body, you will not be able to use a tub spout.

I HAVE THE TEMP CONTROL UP THE WHOLE WAY AND IT WASN'T HOT ENOUGH. i THEN TURNED MY WATER HEATER UP AND IT IS HOTTER, BUT NOT AS HOT AS WE LIKE IT. WHAT CAN WE DO TO GET THIS HOTTER? OTHER FAUCETS ARE HOT AND I WON'T TURN THE WATER HEATER UP ANY MORE.
