The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. With separate handles for volume and temperature control, this Delta tub/shower provides a more refined showering experience. Simply set the water at your preferred temperature and turn the shower on or off with the volume control handle - without interrupting your set temperature. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. Delta® pressure-balance valves use Monitor® Technology to protect you and your family from sudden temperature changes. This Brilliance Stainless finish has subtle, warm undertones which make it an excellent match with nickel or stainless steel and is extremely versatile, complementing nearly any look, be it traditional, transitional or contemporary. Delta WaterSense labeled faucets, showers and toilets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard—saving you money without compromising performance.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beware Great looking piece but extremely disappointed in the construction of it. The majority of it is plastic. Shower pieces are all plastic, including the thermostat and main handle. They are flimsy. When you set the temperature it moves when you turn the volume control on/off. The lav sets are junky too. Most of the components/parts are plastic except for the cartridges. I just installed this at a client's home and I expect we'll be out there in a couple of years when it fails. I purchased through Ferguson not a big box store. Very disappointed in this Delta product. Makes me leery to use Delta moving forward with my projects.

Install time took longer than expected only due to old plumbing at my home. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow. I have used this showerhead many times and each time I love to change the settings on how I use it and love how convenient it is to change.

Ashlyn Monitor 17 with RP46463 cartridge, trim plate shows OFF o o o 0 O ON. Flow off with handle at first circle, water starts trickling at 3rd circle, is full on at 4th circle, not increasing as handle can be turned stop at ON. Normal?

The settings can be switched by rotating the switch on the face of the hand shower, Spray settings include: Full Body Spray, Massage Spray, Full Body with Massage Spray, and Pause. On the top right of the shower head there is an additional switch, this will allow you to use only the shower head or hand shower or both at the same time. Why doesn’t our shower head stay hot? We replaced our water heater and my husband turned the limitor up all the way and now it doesn’t freeze us out but it’s not as hot. The other sinks in our house are plenty hot.

Hi Kellie, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It sounds as though the rotational limit stop may not have been adjusted. The rotational limit stop is used to limit the amount of hot water available such that, if set properly, the user will not be scalded if the handle accidentally is rotated all the way to “hot” when a person is showering or filling a tub. The first position allows the LEAST amount of hot water to mix with the cold water in the system. In the first position, the water will be the coldest possible when the handle is turned all the way to hot. As you move the rotational limit stop counterclockwise, you progressively add more and more hot water in the mix. The last position to the left will result in the greatest amount of hot water to the mix, and the greatest risk of scald injury if someone accidentally turns the valve handle all the way to the hot side while showering or filling a tub. To adjust the temperature of the water coming out of the valve, pull the disc back to a position where it is possible to remove the rotational limit stop and readjust the teeth engagement position to the desired temperature. Clockwise will decrease the outlet temperature, counterclockwise will increase the outlet temperature. Temperature change per tooth (notch) could be 4° - 16°F based on inlet water conditions. I installed a new shower with 2 shower heads.  Both shower heads are the Ashlyn T17.  I am having water flow issues with both of them.  water does not begin flowing until the volume handle is beyond the 1/2 way mark, resulting in very low pressure.

How long is the hose on the T17264-RB-I hand held shower? Are other lengths available?

Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The hand shower hose on our T17264-RB-I is our 60" to 82" inch stretchable metal hose. We do have other length hoses, however, they are not available in our Venetian Bronze finish, but rather in Chrome or White. What pressure has gotten low on one of the Ashlyn shower heads.  Is there a way to remove a flow restrictor or clean it out. We have very hard water.
