Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough to leave the shower Having the temp and volume controls separate are the only way to go, though at 1.75gpm you may always have it at full volume. The shower head H2Okinetic really does a great job spreading the water spray out so you won’t miss your old 2.5gpm or your historic fire hose of 5gpm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Faucet [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a remodeling contractor and prefer to use Delta faucets when possible. I like this faucet for two reasons. First, the separate temperature adjustment makes it easy to get the temperature right every time the faucet is used without needing to make a lot of adjustments. Second, the trim for this faucet has an extra ring that covers the mounting screws. This feature gives it a clean look that is also easier to keep clean. The shower head also has good volume and a nice pray pattern.

The finish is very nice, the spray is pretty decent as well. Installation was fine. The only thing I would add is more sprayers. This shower head is quite wide, so there is plenty of room for more.

It is larger than normal but this seems to be only for looks as the holes spacing is the same as a typical sized shower head. The control is great. Having the water valve separate from the temperature adjustment is very nice. No installation issues.

The plumber thought these fixtures were top quality and were easy to install. I always go with Delta given the choice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shower system I love the look of this shower system. It works very well and the automatic temperature control is awesome. We purchased the polished nickel finish. This finish shows water spots if not wiped dry after showering which is an inconvenience. I will pursue new products to either spray or wipe on to alleviate this problem. Otherwise it is a great shower system.

I am happy with the way it looks, as well as the way it works. The water pressure is perfect. My husband installed it and had no problems. We got the venetian bronze and it matches our oil-rubbed bronze knobs and light fixtures perfectly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful, but a little quirky [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to put in our master bathroom shower as part of a complete remodel of the original 1965 bathroom. The material feels heavy and quality. I love the feature that allows you to turn it on right to the temperature setting you left it at before. Our house was not really lived in for a few years prior to our buying it, so the following critique might be more a result of buildup on the pipes that is now sloughing off as we use the plumbing. The shower head tends to get very gunned up and clogged from the inside requiring us every few weeks to take it off and clean it out. Its a very tight space in there and small particles get caught easily. Also, sometimes the showerhead drips requiring me to turn it on and then turn it off again until the valve catches and closes. Minor but annoying at times. Overall, it is perfect for our bathroom and polished nickel is somewhat hard to find so it was a price I was willing to pay for the look i wanted. Hoping these quirks work out in time.

Doesn't provide enough water for my wife to get the shampoo out of her hair. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in places where water was short and shower heads were necessarily obstructed to reduce flow. But this is the worst I have seen, and we are stuck with two of these expensive ornaments.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dribble This is a good- looking fixture set. Very large and beautifully bronzed. My issue with it is that after cutting it off, it continues to dribble and dribble and dribble. So when toweling off....yes..dribbling. What causes this? My old cheap one never did this.

Hello Delta. Can this be used with a 17T cartridge such as RP47201, or does it have to use a standard 17 series (non thermostatic) cartridge?

Although the TempAssure or &quot;Thermostatic&quot; cartridges will fit into the MultiChoice Universal Rough-In Valves, they are slightly longer and require a TempAssure 17T to accommodate the difference. What shower only valve works with this this product? Don&rsquo;t have a tub, just shower install. It&rsquo;d be great to know the item number for the shower only valve. Thanks!

The High Flow rough valves are R10000-UNBXHF and R10000-UNWSHF. R10000 UNBX valve

Is the R10000 UNBX the only valve that will work with this shower? We are building new construction and the builder has installed a non-delta valve. We're concerned that it will not work with the T17297 trim.

How do I adjust the hot water stop on a multichoice valve?

We just installed a Cassidy Multichoice 17 series shower head and valve.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T17297-RB has a rotational limit stop that can be adjusted to allow the consumer to get more hot water coming through the valve. The factory sets the temperature at about 105 degress but it can be adjusted to 120 degrees depending on the water heater. Can I replace the front handle (only) of the Cassidy Multichoice 17 series shower trim with a Cassidy Metal Cross Handle Model # H795RB?

Hi Carolm, Thank you for your question. The H795RB handle cannot replace the temperature knob on your model T17297-RB. The H795RB is made to fit on the T13/T14 series tub/shower trims, not the T17. Thanks, Dave
