The confident slant of the Pivotal® Bath Collection makes it a striking addition to a bathroom's contemporary geometry for a look that makes a statement. Delta® showers with Monitor® pressure-balance valves are engineered to make sure you don’t experience a sudden and possibly unsafe change in water temperature as a result of running water elsewhere, such as using a dishwasher, flushing a toilet or running a washing machine. With separate handles for volume and temperature control, this Delta shower provides a more refined showering experience. Simply set the water at your preferred temperature and turn the shower on or off with the volume control handle — without interrupting your set temperature. Looks and function are top notch!
Ordered the whole set with hand shower. This was the best item i found- and we looked at a few. It is very nice. Other reviews mentioned that the shower head was not multifunctional, but you need to press hard then release the switch to change spray patterns.

Nice style, but shower head is mediocre
We really like the style of this set, but the water flow out of the shower head is terrible, and the button on the head doesn't switch modes. Either we got a dud or it is a disappointing product. Finding a decent California-compliant shower set is tough, and I would avoid this one.

Shower Head
I have only had this shower system for a short time and the shower head is spraying out from the top and side of unit. It sprays over my glass shower wall and is making a mess. I'm not sure how to fix this problem other than return it for a new shower head. Which I'm not sure if its still under warranty.

I love this shower faucet!
I absolutely love and am pleased with the Delta Stainless Faucet- T17299-SS-PR. I was remodeling my bathroom and this shower fixture was a perfect fit for my bathroom. Delta has outstanding great products. The installation was pretty easy and after installation, I have had no issues using it. With the 2 handles, I can regulate the water pressure and the temperature separately. I love this feature and I love my showers now. I’m very happy with this!

Nice shower fixture
I am in the process of remodeling my bathroom and I needed a shower fixture. I liked the aesthetics of this one and I knew Delta was a quality product. The installation was straightforward and the shower works great. Would definitely recommend it.

Our tub water is not hot at all. It is warm. How can I adjust the temperature to get hot water? It is a Moniter. I can't see a model number on it.

Thank you for your question. here is a rotational limit stop (RLS) at the temperature control to adjust the hot water limit. To adjust the RLS, first remove the temperature cover and take a phillips head screw driver and turn the set screw counter clockwise to remove.
Remove the gray knob. Behind the knob, you should see a black disk. Take the disk and take it out and place the disk to the hotter side. The hot side should be up against the iron piece that is sticking down on the volume handle. Once adjusted, reinstall all handle parts.

Monitor 17 vs. Monitor 14? What's the difference?
Thank you for your inquiry, Chris! The Delta Pivotal 17 Series H2Okinetic Shower Trim T17299 is designed to control volume and temperature separately. The handle of the 14 Series Shower units are designed with one constant volume and the further to the left it roates the hotter the water gets.

Thank you for your inquiry! The shower head that comes the Delta Pivotal Shower T17299 faucet is a five setting unit. The setting are Full Body Spray, Pause, Massaging Spray. Full Spray with Massage and H2Okinetic® Spray. These features can be engaged by pressing the button on the bottom of the face of the shower head.

What material is the shower head made of? Is it constructed of plastic?

What is the difference between the T14299 and the T17299 series

Thank you for you question. Both shower units use Monitor® pressure balancing valves for safety. The T17299 shower unit has the added feature of a volume control, while the T14299 shower unit offer temperature control only.
