I was so excited to change out my shower head. The color and look is very modern and very easy to use once installed. The water pressure was normal for us. Installing on the other hand took some elbow grease. Not sure if it's because my bathroom is a little older but installation took a little longer then anticipated. But overall I love it.

Beautiful finish
If I divert the water to just one part it gets higher pressure, it's only low pressure when both the center and the outer part are both spraying water. I turned it to where it was just spraying from the outer part and the middle and both felt comfortable as far as pressure goes. The center has higher pressure but less overall coverage, obviously.

Does this Tub/Shower combination have the separate temperature and volume levers like the shower only unit? It doesn't say in the description.

Anyone else have issues with very poor water pressure with this Shower Head? Looks great, but there is little to now water pressure. I have a Delta shower head in my basement shower, and it works great; but this one is terrible. Any thoughts or input?

We realize that can be very frustrating and I am happy to assist you! We thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer.
The most common cause of a low flow rate is debris. The best way to clear any debris is to flush the supply lines. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute.
Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. This means that the pressure-balancing spool is moving freely, as it should. If the issue remains, soak the showerhead in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.

When the flow/volume control handle is rotated fully clockwise ("off"), there's a slow drip from the faucet; rotating counter-clockwise ~20° stops the drip. How can this be corrected, so the rotational stop limit of the volume control handle = "off"?

We would recommend flushing the unit, this should help with the leak your experiencing. To flush the open valve without the cartridge, please follow the directions below.
1) Remove the handle by loosening the set screw on the side of the base of the handle. The set screw is either a 1/8" or 3/32" Allen screw. So you will need to use the appropriate size Allen wrench to loosen it. Loosen it just enough to be able to easily pull the handle off. * Note. If there is calcium build-up at the base of the handle, it may be necessary to soak it in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water. Simply saturate the rag with the 50/50 solution, wrap it around the handle base and place a plastic bag over it. I would recommend do this the night before removing the handle.
2) After removing the handle, remove the trim sleeve.
3) Then you will need to remove the bonnet nut. The bonnet nut is the threaded ring at the valve opening. It unscrews counterclockwise. You will need a pipe wrench or a pair of channel locks.
4) After removing the bonnet nut, you will need to pull the cartridge straight out. You may need a small, skinny bladed screwdriver to wedge in between the lip of the cartridge and the valve to help start it out.
5) Once the cartridge is removed, you will have an open valve body.
6) Next, shut the shower door or curtain and turn the water on to the valve. Water should gush out, much like an open fire hydrant. Have someone observe if there is good water pressure coming out of the valve and let it flush for 30 seconds.
7) Re-install the cartridge and re-assemble in reverse of how it was disassembled. The Tub/Shower should then have a good flow. If it does not, the cartridge will need to be replaced.

I just did a remodel of my bathroom and installed the Ashlyn Shower in the stainless finish. However on the faucet there are a couple places that show a yellow tarnished like color on the top. How can I clean this and keep it looking clean?

Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward.

why is there only drips of water coming from the shower head when properly installed shower system?

The included showerhead has a pause setting to reduce the flow to a trickle. Change the setting by turning the face of the hand shower part of the showerhead.
If the issue remains, first troubleshoot by removing the showerhead and checking if there is good flow from the shower arm.

The maximum GPM of the 58498 In2ition shower head is 1.75 GPM at 60 PSI. The tub spout GPM ranges anywhere between 5 GPM and 12 GPM. The nubbins on the shower head are easy to clean, all you have to do is swipe your finger across the nubbins. If this does not help, you can remove the shower head and turn the water on to allow water to come out of just the shower arm. If this does not work, re-attach the shower head and turn off the water supplies. Remove the handle and the internal parts and flush the valve for about a minute. Please note that the hot water will be at the same temperature as the water heater.

Why is my shower water not getting hot? I have it turned as far to the left as possible. The sink water is extremely hot, but the shower is lukewarm. Is there some kind of regulator that needs adjustment?

I'm looking at the T17464 series. I'd prefer to have the tub spot diverter on the wall or at least not as part of the tub spout. Can the Ashlyn series provide this? The rough in body probably needs to change?

If you prefer to divert water to a tub spout with our in-wall diverter, you will need to purchase a non-diverting tub spout. We recommend using RP77092 with our Ashlyn T17464-I.
To do this, we recommend using our R10000 valve with our R11000 diverter rough-in and a diverter trim.
