Does the job
If you live in CA, this will have a water restrictor in it and you will not get enough pressure for water to flow through both shower heads simultaneously. I googled how to correct it for this particular model and I now have much better pressure and can rinse my hair in a decent amount of time. The water flow restrictions implemented in CA are only causing more water usage. I have to flush my brand new toilet a couple of times just to get toilet paper down.

Plastic tub spout. Couldn't get handle to work
I'm returning this because my contractor could not get the dual handle (separate temp and pressure) to work with the suggested rough/mixer valve). Most of the parts of this set seemed nice, except the tub spout. The tub spout was plastic, which I was trying to avoid, and it feels cheap. It looks fine.

Great coverage
I bought this Ashlynn Monitor 17 for my bathroom remodel. It delivers great coverage and plenty of water. The first unit had an issue with the seal on the main shower head. After a call to Delta warranty, I had a replacement within 1 week. Excellent customer service from Delta. Get the rough-in valve when you order this. The plumbers told me it’s a quality valve.

Longterm(ish) review (3.5 years)
Long term review: Product installed 3.5 years ago, solid build, with mostly great quality. 1 component that is not as well built is the temperature handle bracket, it is plastic. This temperature leaver bracket wears easly over time and now 3.5 years later the handle is floppy, and will pull off easily. There is a set screw that can be tightened to take a lot of the floppyness out but will still be present. Apart from that 1 component the rest is very strong. Regarding other reviews I have read prompting me to write this one, you will get water spots on the tub spout if not cleaned after a while. Water spots take 4-5 weeks to form in any noticeable amount but can be cleaned off easily. I have found if you wipe the top of the tub spout with your wash cloth 1 time every 2-3 weeks waterspots are avoided with minimal effort. Like anything in your house if you don't clean it, it will get dirty; Don't be a scrub.

Not enough pressure from shower head
I purchased this product 2 months ago. It has been installed for 3 weeks now. The water pressure is not the greatest. It was installed to replace an old Delta shower head combination. The old head was very powerful. I am having the plumber return to replace the bathroom vanity faucets. I’m hoping he can boost the pressure. My wife and I love the new look in the shower.

Customer dissatisfaction!!
Just installed this product two weeks ago! My customer is very, very disappointed with this product ! The finish on this product shows water spots terrible. I recommended Moen products but the Delta product is the one picked out! I am sure I will have to eat the cost on this one. She has already asked me to schedule time to replace ! I never have been a fan of Delta products nor the way a they treat customers. Products always seem to be substandard !

The handheld shower head broke the very first time it was used.
We had two of these installed at our new home and both are garbage. The finish on the tub spout is ugly and is impossible to get water stains off of. The handheld shower head has a knob that switches the water from the handheld to the stationery shower head and it broke off the first time we used it.

Disappointed
Unable to have water flow solely through the detachable shower arm. What’s the point of having a detachable arm at all? Water pressure is decreased but that seems to be a consistent issue with shower heads with detachable arms. The tub faucet pressure is even worse. Disappointed. Have contacted Delta and waiting to hear back.

Nice marketing read but functionally not so good.
there is a "tight line" between the dual function and volume control levers.. the hot/cold mix valve lever will move the the volume lever. One can adjust the holding screw to reduce this friction but the screw head is so far out that you can't snugly install the the plastic hot/cold mix valve. It pops off frequently.

Looks beautiful!
This whole set took my shower/tub to a whole nother level. It looks absolutely stunning! I love the showerhead, especially because it's removable. This is huge for us as it helps washing my little kids hair a breeze. The settings on the showerhead are perfect. My husband isn't a plumber, but was able to install this himself with minimal effort. My *only* issue is that it's not made of metal, so I worry about longevity. But i guess we'll have to wait and see how it holds up!

Can't get hot enough water
It's pretty, but now I cannot get hot enough water. The company that installed this said it was an issue with the handle. Our sink water boils our hands, but the shower is lukewarm.

Looks good
I got this thinking that it would be all metal. I was sadly disappointed that it is mostly plastic, hard plastic, that makes it a little disappointing when most of your bathroom is matte black metal.
The set up for an existing bathroom is a little difficult. The instructions were ok and very precise but you have loads of steps they can be a little off.
If you are looking for an ok showerhead this would work for you. I do like the handheld showerhead for my dogs. That's about all

Charming and functional
This shower faucet is absolutely charming and functional. The look is clean and sleek. Installation was pretty easy and the whole family is enjoying it. It's strong, durable and great quality. I highly recommend this product but also the delta brand. Options are endless and there is something for every style home. A shower with a great shower head starts a day out right.

More plastic than metal
I purchased the Ashlyn and was very disappointed that it was mostly plastic. Delta should clearly provide the material information. The site makes no mention of the Ashlyn’s main material being plastic. It’s a shame because the faucet has a really nice aesthetic. Delta should provide a filter choice that shows the material used. I’m having a hard time locating the type of faucet I want.

I was really looking forward to receiving this set because my master bathroom could use a pick-me-up. However, upon receipt of this, I realized this is not metal. My entire second home is customized from the ground up, by me and my family. We have Delta in every bathroom and in both kitchens. That’s why I’m so surprised by the lack of visual appeal of this. It is very disappointing, and is not the quality or look that I’ve come to expect from Delta. I will not be installing this. I am so bummed.

Simply gorgeous!
Our bathroom renovation stretched longer than expected, but the feature I am looking to most is this fixture! It looks and feels absolutely gorgeous!
Nice black finish lets it blend in, but the design is so slick. Everything feels solid, looks great and I am nuts about the hand-held shower. It is fantastic to just walk into the shower (even clothed) and wash just my feet (after gardening in flip flops). And it will make washing our dogs so much easier.
And our contractor was impressed with universal valve. It is solid brass and will install like a charm (so he tells us).
We have searched high and low for the fixture that would be beautiful, practical and comfortable to use. Well, this is it. Highly recommend.

I like the modern matte black of this shower fixture set. Seems well made from a quality brand name. Sturdy and preforms as it should. Delta is a brand that makes good fixtures and this is just one style. Will look nice in my renovation

What is the trick to getting the handheld head back in the cradle? It is so difficult

You will need to push the handshower into the showerhead, then pull down on the handshower until locked with the showerhead.If the showerhead moves when removing the handshower, hand tighten the connection between the showerhead and the shower arm.

Hi Merbear1992, Thank you for your question. The basic spray pattern of the In2ition showerhead that comes in the T17264-I faucet is a full body spray. The hand held Spray settings include: Full Body, Fast Massage, Full Spray with Massage, Slow Massage , and a pause feature. We do not offer a rain shower with a handheld.

What other type of valve can be used for the installation? I can't find at local store the MultiChoice Universal Tub and Shower Valve - R10000-IP
would the R100000-UNBX Valve work?
Hi Picols, Thank you for your question. The R10000-UNBX rough will work with the T17464-I tub/shower trim. The R10000-UNBX has 1/2" male pipe connections compared to the R10000-IP which has 1/2" female pipe connections.

Are the rest of the parts metal besides the showerhead?
Specifically the tub faucet and the temp and volume control surround? Lots of reviews say these parts are plastic as well. But it is a little unclear.
