Amazing shower head!
I'm so glad to be able to try out this shower head! I really needed a new one. This one is very fancy and luxurious! It has many different options and settings for shower water flow. It also has two different heads, one of the heads detach from the larger shower head and both still spray out water! My fiance installed it for us and says it was surprisingly simple!

Cheap parts
I was really disappointed in the Delta T17464-I shower head. The inner parts for connecting this fixture are made with a very thin, cheap type of plastic that wouldn’t even hold up during installation.

Great Shower Head!!
This is a nice shower head set. Very easy to install. I do suggest using a 6 inch extension so the shower head can point in different directions (it needs to be away from the wall a few inches). It is made of plastic which surprised me, but it actually makes sense because if you drop it on your foot you don’t want to crush your toe. The different settings allow you to change the pressure from both the main shower head and the handheld, and of course the directional versatility of the handheld is great for washing everywhere. Also very useful for washing the dog.

Okay product
I love Delta products and have bought more expensive products for another shower and this is what I paid for. Not unhappy with the product but not sure how many years we will get out of it. It's not the more rugged Delta products we have purchased in the past. very plastic feeling in nature.

Leaks
Started leaking a year after installing. Plumber checked it out and couldn’t find a problem. Made sure water was emptied out of hose. Tried shutting off, then slightly turning handle on. Worked for a while. Then tried turning off with a little force. Again worked for a while. Now leaking a lot! Not happy with this purchase!

Delta... a name people USED TO trust
Just received my order and this Delta faucet is bronze-painted plastic! Both the shower head and hand-held shower are 100% plastic. I ordered the tub drain and that is metal though the overflow plate is scratched. This will all go back... do not waste your precious time considering this

Water Temperature

Second Bathroom Shower Remodel
The requirement called for a simple to operate integrated volume/handle control and an extra long hose for the wand. We selected the Delta T17464-1 Ashlyn Monitor 17 Series Dual Function Pressure Balanced Tub and Shower Trim Kit. Installation was straightforward and easy. The client was very pleased with the installation, appearance, and operation.

Beautiful Addition to our Remodeled Bathroom!
Purchased the venetian bronze finish and it looks beautiful in our newly remodeled guest bathroom. The hand shower is perfect for washing the dogs and easy to convert to the different showerhead uses/settings. Our contractor installed and unfortunately I did not purchase the required valve when I made my purchase, so it was a bit of a scavenger hunt to find one in town. Learn from my mistake and don't forget to buy the new valve! Installed about 3 months ago, great product so far.

Okay overall
I bought the tub/shower set 3 years ago. This model does not provide the quality as arzo. It looks and is cheap. Handheld is difficult to place it back properly so I do not take it down any more. But the water flow is very good, strong and even, which is the only reason I am keeping it. Will consider other model from Delta in the future. I am a Delta fan, Delta provides top quality customer service.

Love this product
My husband likes the handheld and I like the stationary shower head. This was a perfect compromise without compromising style. One feature that we did not realize and absolutely LOVE is that the hot/cold setting sort of stays with the on/off lever so you get the same temperature every time without adjusting!!

Some of the parts on this piece are PLASTIC! VERY disappointed. I bought this unit to go in a new house and thought I'd save some $. The product description does not indicate 1) some parts are plastic and the 2) the diverter is plastic and TINY. Looks much better in the pictures. Do not bother buying this...you will be disappointed.

I purchased this item almost 1 year ago. It started dripping about a month ago. We thought maybe it just needed some adjustments but now it pours out of the faucet and will not shut off. We bought Delta because it is supposed to be reliable but we are very unhappy with everything about this faucet. It looks cheap and looks like it is made of plastic which is mostly is. The hand shower won't stay in it's caddy and whacks you in the head when it falls down. It is supposed to have 5 settings, ours only has 4. Price, it was expensive for what you get. I would not recommend this shower/faucet to anyone.

We had this set installed in our main shower in 2016. We have been happy with it up until now but we cannot get the shower to not drip. We have tried shutting off the handle harder. We have tried bringing the handheld (which where the drips comes from) and emptying it after the shower, and no luck. Our installer did not save the instructions, so we are at a loss how to correct this issue.

Delta Shower Head
I am a general contractor specializing in bathroom remodeling and this shower head is good if you don't want to spend a lot of money, however the shower head assembly is all made of all plastic and the removable head is difficult to insert into the holder. The valve and handles are fine and typical of Delta's product line which is decent quality for the money.

Beautiful but HORRIBLE in use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this for our guest bath. While it looks really pretty, using it is really unpleasant. First, the hose is so stiff that it's actually difficult to aim the hand held shower head where you want it to go. What's the point of having a hand held shower if you can't aim it? Second, it's ridiculously difficult to replace the hand held portion into the main spray. We keep trying to figure out if there is some "trick" to it, but no, it's just really difficult. And third, I know this is supposed to be a water-saving shower head, but some manufacturers manage that & still provide an invigorating shower experience. Not this one. The 4 spray patterns are weak, weaker, weakest and trickle. Fortunately it is only a guest bathroom & probably won't be used very much, but I feel like I'll have to apologize in advance to any overnight guests. I definitely do NOT recommend this item. Sorry.

This is my second Delta shower.

What is the trick to getting the handheld head back in the cradle? It is so difficult

You will need to push the handshower into the showerhead, then pull down on the handshower until locked with the showerhead.If the showerhead moves when removing the handshower, hand tighten the connection between the showerhead and the shower arm.

Hi Merbear1992, Thank you for your question. The basic spray pattern of the In2ition showerhead that comes in the T17264-I faucet is a full body spray. The hand held Spray settings include: Full Body, Fast Massage, Full Spray with Massage, Slow Massage , and a pause feature. We do not offer a rain shower with a handheld.

What other type of valve can be used for the installation? I can't find at local store the MultiChoice Universal Tub and Shower Valve - R10000-IP
would the R100000-UNBX Valve work?
Hi Picols, Thank you for your question. The R10000-UNBX rough will work with the T17464-I tub/shower trim. The R10000-UNBX has 1/2" male pipe connections compared to the R10000-IP which has 1/2" female pipe connections.

Are the rest of the parts metal besides the showerhead?
Specifically the tub faucet and the temp and volume control surround? Lots of reviews say these parts are plastic as well. But it is a little unclear.
