Hello, I ordered Model T17464-BL from Amazon. When I received the product the volume control and temperature control handles were missing. Shouldn't these have been included?

Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about T17464-BL-R! Yes, the handles should be included. The trim kit will include everything needed for installation except the universal rough valve R10000-UNWS.

Wondering if the 17S Ashlyn shower and tub trim kits will work or fit on 1996 or 1997 cartridge in existing shower/tub.

Yes, the trim is compatible but the new style cartridge that's included is not compatible with the valve.
