Looks good
I got this thinking that it would be all metal. I was sadly disappointed that it is mostly plastic, hard plastic, that makes it a little disappointing when most of your bathroom is matte black metal.
The set up for an existing bathroom is a little difficult. The instructions were ok and very precise but you have loads of steps they can be a little off.
If you are looking for an ok showerhead this would work for you. I do like the handheld showerhead for my dogs. That's about all

Charming and functional
This shower faucet is absolutely charming and functional. The look is clean and sleek. Installation was pretty easy and the whole family is enjoying it. It's strong, durable and great quality. I highly recommend this product but also the delta brand. Options are endless and there is something for every style home. A shower with a great shower head starts a day out right.

More plastic than metal
I purchased the Ashlyn and was very disappointed that it was mostly plastic. Delta should clearly provide the material information. The site makes no mention of the Ashlyn’s main material being plastic. It’s a shame because the faucet has a really nice aesthetic. Delta should provide a filter choice that shows the material used. I’m having a hard time locating the type of faucet I want.

I was really looking forward to receiving this set because my master bathroom could use a pick-me-up. However, upon receipt of this, I realized this is not metal. My entire second home is customized from the ground up, by me and my family. We have Delta in every bathroom and in both kitchens. That’s why I’m so surprised by the lack of visual appeal of this. It is very disappointing, and is not the quality or look that I’ve come to expect from Delta. I will not be installing this. I am so bummed.

Simply gorgeous!
Our bathroom renovation stretched longer than expected, but the feature I am looking to most is this fixture! It looks and feels absolutely gorgeous!
Nice black finish lets it blend in, but the design is so slick. Everything feels solid, looks great and I am nuts about the hand-held shower. It is fantastic to just walk into the shower (even clothed) and wash just my feet (after gardening in flip flops). And it will make washing our dogs so much easier.
And our contractor was impressed with universal valve. It is solid brass and will install like a charm (so he tells us).
We have searched high and low for the fixture that would be beautiful, practical and comfortable to use. Well, this is it. Highly recommend.

It's gorgeous!!!
We recieved this as a sample from TryIt! We installed it in the bathroom that we are building I'm our basement master suite. It is absolutely stunning. It complements the teals that we have in the bathroom. The flow is perfect and the detachable handle is perfect.

I'll Keep It But Wouldn't Buy It Again
I want to love this fixture. It looks beautiful and the features of the shower head are great. However, the finish chips easily and the shower handle comes off easily. The faucet is also comically large in scale. It's good enough to keep, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Very difficult to adjust the temperature control.
I had it installed by a professional plumber and he had a hard time adjusting the hot and cold temperatures. Even thought the hot pipe is in the left and the cartridge is adjusted accordingly, when pointed to hot cold water comes out and when painted to cold hot water comes out, I have no other option the returning the product back!!

Broke within the first use!
Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review for this product, and I'm really frustrated to do so. I bought this a couple months ago as I am renovating my entire house, and just installed one week ago. On my first time using it, cleaning out the tub, the little lever that turns the water from the tub filler to the shower stopped working. I asked my plumber to come take a look and he said the piece is bad. Will have to return it.

Its a plastic everything
This was a little on the expensive side for me. My wife and I wanted this for the kids showers in new home. Delta has a good name and plumber said easy to get parts too. We bought it and when it got here oh my. The tub fill was plastic, the shower head was plastic, the line to the handheld was plastic, and the hand held was too. Looking now for a replacement.

Love the sleek design
I got this shower trim kit because I needed to update mine as it sprung a leak so when I got this I was excited to install it! Well I didn’t think it would be much work but I was wrong the instructions was not very easy to understand so I have to YouTube how to install the shower knobs (that was my main issue) since it needed the 4 way valve and I had to install that also. But once I got it put together it had no issues the square shape shower head and spout add a sleek design to my shower! I love the shower head features that I can either have the head going, the removable head going alone or I can have both at the same time ! Plus I can adjust the way I want the shower to come out in like a stream or jetted or shower so many options to choose from !

Beautiful shower head and is a plus to my peach bathroom. Great instructions on how to put in the shower head. I love how you can use both like a rain shower or can take the handle off to use. Great to use to wash my dog and she enjoys the light spray.

This shower head is amazing! I love how big it is but it's not too crazy big. The best part about this is it's very easy to set up. I love how you can either use the shower head or the hand held head or both. It has different settings so you can find what one fits your needs. Very easy to use and easy to keep clean. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking for a well made shower head. I recieved this as a sample and this is 100% my own opinion!

I received the Delta T-17464-1 Shower handle and it was easy to attach, gives a soft spraying sensation, and is great for average plus heights to use. I really appreciate it having multiple joint-skin sensitivities, to have a calm, soothing shower.

Wow, amazing!
I got my Delta showerhead and faucet and I cannot believe how great it is! I am beyond impressed and wish I would have made the switch to a Delta showerhead sooner! There are too many amazing features to name but one that I love is the "touch clean" feature Delta offers that allows you to easily wipe away lime and calcium build-up with just the touch of a finger. I have had this showerhead set installed for a couple of weeks now and it still manages to impress me every single time I shower!

Amazing shower head!
I'm so glad to be able to try out this shower head! I really needed a new one. This one is very fancy and luxurious! It has many different options and settings for shower water flow. It also has two different heads, one of the heads detach from the larger shower head and both still spray out water! My fiance installed it for us and says it was surprisingly simple!

What is the trick to getting the handheld head back in the cradle? It is so difficult

You will need to push the handshower into the showerhead, then pull down on the handshower until locked with the showerhead.If the showerhead moves when removing the handshower, hand tighten the connection between the showerhead and the shower arm.

Hi Merbear1992, Thank you for your question. The basic spray pattern of the In2ition showerhead that comes in the T17264-I faucet is a full body spray. The hand held Spray settings include: Full Body, Fast Massage, Full Spray with Massage, Slow Massage , and a pause feature. We do not offer a rain shower with a handheld.

What other type of valve can be used for the installation? I can't find at local store the MultiChoice Universal Tub and Shower Valve - R10000-IP
would the R100000-UNBX Valve work?
Hi Picols, Thank you for your question. The R10000-UNBX rough will work with the T17464-I tub/shower trim. The R10000-UNBX has 1/2" male pipe connections compared to the R10000-IP which has 1/2" female pipe connections.

Are the rest of the parts metal besides the showerhead?
Specifically the tub faucet and the temp and volume control surround? Lots of reviews say these parts are plastic as well. But it is a little unclear.
