All Great Except for Water Spots
We’ve had this set now for about 9 months. I installed it myself and the kids have been using it. For us, the temp knob is a must for child safely. The extra long spout prevents water from splashing up on the tub edge. The small shower handle is ok, but doesn’t fully stop sometimes when you press the button.
The only real downside is the water spot issue. You can see in my photos how prominent the spots can get, even with cleaning often.

Great Product!
I received the Delta Shower kit to test and review. It has a rain shower head, removable hand wand for easy use, tub nose & tub/shower switch indicator. It has 5 different water textures you can choose from. This will make your shower look great.

Better Shower Experience and Cleaner
The Delta Tetra 17 series tub shower trim works great to help clean youself, pets, and the bathtub. I like this shower head because it gives out more water and the pressure is better than the shower head that was previously installed. The shower head is a lot bigger but cleans well and has different spray settings so you can find the comfortable one you like. I use the massage spray or the waterfall one which is good for different reason since the massage spray is great for after working out and the waterfall one is good for when I am fatigued. The best is you use 20% less water but performance is still great.

Awesome product!
This shower head is fabulous! I love the different styles and pressures of water that is offered. It is very sleek, but also made well. My toddler is excited because he can now spray off by holding the shower head instead of standing under the water on our old one that was affixed to the wall without the hose option. I recommend this product.

How can I get more water preasure in my shower I have a 17 serious I tried a different shower head but didn't help I have back to back bathroom showers the other one has good pressure can you give me sugestions?

Can I use the R22000-WS rough with the T17489 and the T17289? What are the 3 Trim /Diverter options that will work with the R22000-WS
What is the proper rough in valve for the Saylor series? I have three hole Gerber and want to replace it.

I was looking at the reviews of the Ashlyn line faucet, and reviewers mentioned that most of the parts were plastic. Is this higher end line made of plastic or metal? Thank you.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T17489-BL. This faucet trim uses a mixture of metal and non-metallic materials. The included diverter tub spout is metal.
Nonmetallic parts are used to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality product while maintaining safety control for the various temperatures of water that go through the product. With any hand shower, for example, the part that you would grab onto is typically made of plastic or a plastic mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion, and retains heat.

We have a Trinsic shower head, can we replace it with Tetra

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T17489-BL.
The included showerhead can replace any of our showerheads. Our shower arms have a standard thread size.
To use this trim kit, an R10000 MulitChoice valve should be installed. A Trinsic trim kit should have the required MultiChoice valve installed.
