The In2ition® Two-in-One Shower gets water where you need it most using the integrated shower head and hand shower separately or together
  • Perfect for bathing loved ones and pets as well as keeping the inside of your shower and tub clean
  • Control volume and water temperature independently with two separate handles for more refined control of your shower experience
  • Monitor® pressure balance valve keeps water temperature within a safe ± 3.6⁰ F (± 2.0⁰ C), helping to protect you from sudden changes in hot or cold water pressure
  • Diverter lever sets In2ition Two-in-One Shower to one of three options: Showerhead and Hand shower, Showerhead only, and Hand shower only
  • Spray settings include: Full Body spray, Full Spray with Massage, Massaging spray, and Pause

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice while it works. I purchased it through Home Depot and it worked well for a while. I recently requested assistance from Delta with finding replacement parts. I started a work order with them and they responded to my initial request by asking for more information. I provided more information under their case 15630461 and nothing. This is an expensive faucet to replace so fixing broken parts would save some money. Delta has been less than helpful with this.

I'm still getting used to the 'low flow' difference after years of the old-style high volume shower, but I do appreciate what it means for water conservation. It does not show any 'spotting', stays bright and shiny!

The other reason I chose it was because you can control the temperature separately from the on/off. Set the temp the way you like it and never worry about it again!

This system is very well made and has nice features! The shower head is great and with the feature of removing it from the top holder and having the use of it freely with the attached hose makes it even better. This shower system is fantastic!

It had clear instructions on how to install too. My fixtures are what gave me issues. But after help it was easy. I'm enjoying the detachable shower head!!

The hose for the hand shower is nice - not cheap plastic - and a good length. It is easy to switch between the shower head and hand shower. I also like the pause feature. Nice handle too.

Took me a total of about 30 minutes to do so. The set itself is very nice looking and all of the items work perfectly. The showerhead has great functionality and I love the removable piece.

It comes with the complete kit to install shower head and bath faucet. It is chrome and very shiney. It is easy to wipe clean and to keep a polished look .When the switch is in a primary position you can use it as a regular shower head. You can detach the hand held sprayer from the shower head base for a close spray and rinse off for your body. It is very easy to assemble on your own! The detachable handheld sprayer also works great to help wash your pets! Very nice and elegant shower/tub kit for your bathroom!

does this contain hot/cold line shut offs in body of valve

i am looking at Linden Monitor® 17 Series Tub and Shower with In2ition® Two-in-One Shower my shower has no external water shut offs; i must shut off water for entire house. so i am looking for single unit controls that have screw shut offs in the body of the unit in case it needs servicing, so that I don't have to shut off water to house if this unit doesn't have the feature, please suggest other units that also include separate temp/volume controls that do

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T17494-CZ-I is a trim only model. It does not include the valve. We would recommend pairing it with the R10000-UNWS rough in valve. This valve is equipped with screwdriver stops so the valve can be serviced without turning off the water to the whole house.

I currently have T17494cz currently installed in my bathroom. This has a fixed shower head. It is possible to purchase the two and one shower wand

by itself as I already have the other items.

Does this allow flow control as well as temp control? We like to have hot water running slowly into the tub as we bathe.

Can I purchase this set and upgrade the hand shower part without having to buy them separate and discard the piece that comes with the set?

About the "valve body"...

It seems a "valve body" must be purchased with this set... Is that correct? Is the "MultiChoice Universal Tub and Shower Valve Body - R10000-IP" the only compatible one? If not, which others will work?

Hello Maghead, Thanks for your question. Any of the R10000 valves will work with this unit. They differ only in their installation method or the presence of screwdriver stops. I hope this helps!
