Rated 2 out of 5 by from Surprisingly, made out of plastic! Surprisingly, made out of plastic. Looks nice but not what I expected. In additon, handle would not sit properly on the shower body. Plumber spend the better part of an hour trying and gave up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from elegant clean look Yes I am pleased with the way the fixtures look but I would advise anyone to have a plumber handy because your average ordinary person isn't going to know all the settings that has to be done. After calling in multiple times, watching youtube videos & having 2 people play around with the faucet, it is finally installed & works good.

However, from a purely aesthetic perspective, the style and finish of this is beautiful and will provide the finishing touch to my "traditional" bathroom remodel which is being done in a gray/white marble theme. It appears to be very good quality; although there are some plastic parts (but the majority of these regardless of the brand have plastic parts). I am very much looking forward to having this installed and using this beautiful faucet/shower head. By-the-way, I also purchased the matching sink faucet which is stunning.

Hello my 17 series toe kick is tarnished. Is it warrantied?

We have model T17297 Cassidy shower and faucet trim. We need to adjust the limit switch to make the water hotter. Do you have a step by step explanation on how to do this? We did not install the units. Want to make sure we do correctly. Thanks!

I just had Delta Cassidy fixtures installed in my bathroom. All looks great. The tub got the T17497 set up. My daughter took her first shower, and afterward asked me if the spray pattern was adjustable. I think it is a no, but wanted to check
