The valve inside the control knob falty
Had contractor install 2 showers the T17T299 and the 51799 see attached photo the 51799 works flawlessly the T17T299 has many problems mixing cold and hot is a chore and never works out the same and it drips. Is there a repair for this or does the entire system need to be replaced

Will the Pivotal shower head be offered in a flow rate of 2.0? I understand there are other Delta options that fit that need however, I am only interested in this Pivotal rain shower head. Thank you

Love the faucet but I like it very hot, is it okay to turn past stop to get to next level where the water is hotter? I notice in my unit that I can turn it past stop and begins to get warmer, just making sure that is ok.

Is the trim plastic like the Monitor series?

Delta faucets use either metal and plastic combination or a proprietary mixture of components so that the product has a high quality, while maintaining safety control with the various temperatures of water that go through the product. The shower head included with the Delta Pivotal TempAssure 17T Shower T17T299-BL model is constructed of engineered plastics and the ball joint assembly which connects to the shower arm is composed of metal.

How much height is needed for this shower head (from the wall connection to the base of the head)? We are putting in a new glass shower door that will open in. I would rather the door not be too tall and hit the shower head when opened in.
