If you are not getting this flow rate, we would advise removing the shower head and checking the debris screen on the back for blockages. If the flow does not improve, we recommend removing the handle, sleeve, bonnet nut and cartridge, and performing a valve flush. Best regards, Edward

To adjust the maximum temperature with the rotational limit stop, loosen the set screw on the temperature handle to remove the handle. The set screw may be under a cover button.
