how can I change the top valve to move to the right instead of the left?

What MultiChoice rough in valve would I need to use the T248590-SS-R trim with a fixed shower head and a separate 51900-SS-R hand shower? Would I also need to purchase a wall elbow 50560-SS?

The needed valve is R22000-WS. You also need a wall elbow.

Is this all metal Including all levers
This is installed but I need to adjust the hot water settings and so I need to take the cap off. How do I remove the tiny button so I can use the Allen wrench?
Hi Cold, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company!
To remove the button, you can use your fingernails to pry it out or gently use a wooden or plastic toothpick to remove. There will be a small grove on one of the sides of the button.
Once the handle is removed you can adjust the rotational limit stop to get your desired temperature.

How do I adjust the water pressure /flow out of tub spout . I have very minimal flow out tub spout. And also just enough flow to the shower head. Does this diverted have a flow adjustment ? Feed valves are all the way open.
