I bought the rough-in valve and trim kit and installed it myself, everything went in very well. I found the instructions to be well written, Delta may have updated their instructions since the other reviews. Good construction, felt sturdy. It was a bit pricey, compared to the other brands out there.

Can you confirm that MODEL#: T24867 can select between two different shower heads when using the R22000-WS? Thank you.
Thank you for your question, Wulf77! The R22000-WS integrated diverter valve will allow you to switch between two or more devices depending on the trim purchased, for a customized mix of either shower heads, hand showers or even body jets. This rough in valve is not, however, intended for use with tub spouts.

What is the difference between the series ARA 14 and ARA 17 series
Thank you for your question, Dave22! A Delta Monitor 14 series trim will operate by moving the handle counter-clockwise from coldest to hottest while also increasing flow rate. A 17 series unit will also have a volume control lever but with an additional temperature knob allowing you to set the preferred temperature for future use. A MultiChoice trim and valve makes it quick and easy change trims when upgrading.

Do it make a difference which side of the divirter valve body sprayers are conneted to when roughing in with hand held and head

Thank you for your question! With a 3-Setting Diverter Trim, only the top and left port can be used. If you wish to connect three shower components, please purchase the 6-Setting version of the trim kit (T24967).
The shower heads and sprays can be connected to any of the 3 ports with a 6-Setting diverter. However, we recommend connecting the shower head to the top port.
Please refer to page 7 of the instructions for reference as to which ports will run at each setting.

I only get water from the top shower and nothing on the handshower, what did I do wrong

Is the diverter cartridge included in this trim kit or do I need to purchase it separately?

Thank you for your question. The T24867 Integrated valve and diverter trim does include both the valve cartridge assembly and diverter cartridge assembly. The diverter cartridge assembly is a 3 setting diverter cartridge.
