Very pleased with this.
Installation was easy enough except for the big o-ring. The directions regarding this was not clear. I hope I did it right. Then there was this white plastic thing about the same diameter of the o-ring. I have no idea what it was for, no mention of it in the instructions. The diverter and mixing valve work well. I was very impressed with the weight and finish of the trim pieces.

Can only speak to pre-installation
I have ordered 2 and both have had defects on the same piece. I just ordered my third and am hoping this one comes undamaged. If you are in a hurry, I would probably select a different trim.

Love the style and my plumber was pleased too

Purchased the required valve also and plumber just installed- he was very pleased with overall quality. Very satisfied with this- although it was a little more pricey, it clearly is top quality so the value is there.

Hello, Will this ever be available in the matte black finish? If so, when? Is there any 2 handle water diverter currently available in matte black?

Thank you for your question. The Delta Pivotal Integrated 14 Series and 3-Setting Diverter Trim T24899 is not manufactured in the Matte Black finish. We also do not have any of the other Integrated trim kits in the Matte Black finish, with no future plans of it at this time.

is there a way to get the 3 way diverter trim kit and the pivotal shower head and arm (Model#: 52664-SS) together as a package or do they need to be ordered separately? If so, what is the model # ?

WIll a 3 position diverter allow flow as follows? 1) Shower Head Only 2) Overhead Rain Shower Only 3) Both Shower Head and Overhead Rain Shower -or- is it for 3 different outlets one at a time? Thanks

In reading the spec sheet it is not clear to me if the T24899 & R 22000 will do what I need which is I need to operate 2 shower heads & 1 hand held independently of each other as in only 1 at a time. Will these components do that?

When installing 2 shower heads and a hand shower you would want to use the Delta Pivotal Integrated 6-Setting T24999 Valve Trim Kit with the R22000 MultiChoice universal Integrated Valve. You would also need to purchase the non-shared 3-Function Diverter Cartridge RP71718.

Why is this not recommended for tub spout applications? I'm trying to get an integrated diverter trim kit in the Pivotal collection that doesn't require the diverter be part of the tub spout.

How to disassemble the diverter to adjust the temperature? I've already install the diverter, but I can't open it.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T24899-BL.
The water temperature is mixed by the valve before the water goes to the diverter. To adjust the rotational limit stop and set the maximum temperature, first remove the bottom handle from the mixing valve. The handle is removed by loosening the set screw underneath the cover button that is below the handle blade.
