Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Product Nice product. Worked for us. I am not sure how to describe it, but it was a bit thinner looking than what we thought. Did not have that wow factor. But installed and it's fine now that we are used to it. We like the height of the faucet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks nice but is defective Got this faucet for my powder room bathroom and it looks nice but the hoses are too long so looks a bit funny cause we installed on a pedestal sink so it doesn’t conceal all the hoses. It also is a little defective, the stopper doesn’t actually stop the water from draining.

How do I remove the faucet handle cap?

Asked by: Allan
There is no cap. The rounded circular top is part of the handle.  If the handle is loose turn the base of the handle assembly with your fingers counter clockwise. Pull it up to remove.  Looking into the bottom there is a brass Torx screw under handle top. Use a T15  TORX head driver inserted in Torx screw to tighten clockwise. Handle will tighten. Push handle assemble back on base with tab aligned to flat section on base stem. When assembly is flush to base turn clockwise to lock on to base.

We ordered two of these faucets and just had them Professionally installed, but the handles are very wiggly and loose with no apparent way to tighten them. How do we solve this?

Asked by: Loose handles
You have to remove the handle assembly. Grab base of handle and turn counter clockwise. Pull handle assembly up to remove. Look into bottom and you will see brass Torx T15 screw hole. Use Torx T15 driver to tighten clockwise. Handle will tighten.  Push handle assembly down over base stem with flat tab inside handle assembly aligned to flat section on base assembly. with handle assembly flush to base turn clockwise to lock in place.
