Sleek looking faucet with high arch, but has issue
I got this unit many years ago from Delta as a replacement to one I had previously purchased. Well, guess what, now this one has been discontinued.
I love the look because everything else in our bathroom is chrome, but I have issue after issue with this thing. “Maybe” that’s the reason it’s been discontinued.
I’ve put 3 diverter valves in it, 4 O rings in the spout, a couple O rings in the handles and still have leaks. The valve kit it uses is a pain in the rear. If it weren’t for the lifetime free replacement parts, I’d get something else.
I will say, Delta has really stepped up their game on customer service. They are available 6 days a week and are much faster than they used to be.

Right handle falls off constantly
I've had this tub faucet for more than 5 years and the right handle will just NOT stay on, no matter how carefully and firmly we try to attach it. Very disappointed in this product.

Laraha Delta faucets
Love the style but think twice when it shows every single water mark. It’s fine if you have the time, every time, to wipe the faucets down after every use. Lots of money for installation and product to make this mistake. Now I just have to live with it. There is only two of too!

Not the best luck with this product
I have used delta faucets before and had no problems. This faucet has a great look however within 2 years of having it, there was a problem with leaks.
I also did not like that it left spots when I would try and clean it.
I don't know if it was finish or what but I am looking for a new faucet because this one has given me so much trouble.
I had someone try and fix the leak but it started up again.

beautiful sleek looking faucets
I started out just buying the Lahara Roman tub faucet to replace my old one and ended up replacing the other 2 sink faucets in the bathroom to match. Love them all! We ran into a glitch trying to replace the tub faucet, but the Delta support team was wonderful and we got it done! I chose chrome because initially it was only the tub faucet to be replaced and needed to match. I may have gone with another color if I had know I was going to do all 3, but the chrome looks really pretty anyway in this style. Would definitely recommend!

Installing the hot and cold handles on the roman tub deck. They fit the existing value but they are pointing the wrong way. When they are both on, the handles bump into each other.
Thank you for your question Johnr714! To install the valve stems for proper handle rotation, the stem stops must point to the right when installed. See the installation instructions for more information.

What valve goes in the Lahara Roman tub handles? (T2738)

What valve stem assembly will work with the model T2738? Would the Delta Hot/Cold Brass Stem Assembly for Faucets RP25513 work for this faucet?

Yes, however, the RP25513 will include 1/4" turn stops that are not required for our Roman Tubs. The RP24096 will not include the extra part and is the same stem unit as RP25513.

Is there an anti scald device that can be installed with this?

Thank you for the question. The roman tub faucets don't have a scald guard. They just put out what is sent to them from the pipes.

Does the T2738 have a functional diverter or do I need to buy a T4738? I am not looking to do a handheld shower, I am doing a wall-mount. I just need a Roman tub faucet with a diverter.

Model 2738 does not feature a diverter, you will need to purchase model T4738 in order to diverter water to a hand shower.

My Lagara champagne bronze faucet on the tub is loose. What screw can be used to tighten the fitting? There’s a hole at the back of the faucet but I cannot visualize the area.

my shower /tub has two handles and a spout that has a diverter that you pull up diverter and it causes the shower to start >could i buy this and wall mount it and buy a separate shower head trying not to tear up shower by putting in center wall unit

Our T2738-SS fits our R2707 valve only and does not have a connection for a hand shower. Adding a hand shower to this model will require cutting the wall or tub.
If you have our R4707 valve, you can use T4738-SS and use a hand shower wall mount.
