New and horible finish, tarnished , greyed , dirty
I love the heavy large and quality solid built roman tub faucet this is, but this Champaign bronze COLOR, seems to look so dingy, or greyed and tarnished looking? I bought 2 of them, for 2 master B tubs in ranch house, and they BOTH , always look dirty , finger printed or tarnished? No one else has complained about this ? so what are we doing wrong. We are on a Well for water here in Northern Nevada and our water is high in minerals? and arsenic? but i can not get them to look like a beautiful gold as in photos you show.

The faucet doesn't match the handles
We ordered Chrome but the handles and the faucet are not the same color. The handles have a shiny silver color while the faucet has a golden tone (probably closer to what is listed as Brushed Nickel). When we saw this with our first order, we contacted customer service and a new set was sent to us but, sadly, the same problem exists and we are still waiting on some resolution.

Q&A
wanting to use this on a Freestanding soaking tub that has a 3.375" x 12" deck mount area. The faucet will fit the deck but not confident the valve would fit between the inner&outer walls of the freestanding tub. pex plumbing - would it fit?

Once the Dryden spout is attached to the tub deck and the set screws tightened should it still move side to side? is it designed that way?

Thank you for your question. Once the set screw in tighten in the back of the spout of the Delta Dryden Roman Tub T2751-RB model, it should not move at all. This spout is not designed to swivel/rotate.

Is brushed nickel and polished nickel the same?
Thank you for your question, patty! The Delta Brushed Nickel finish is a dull silver-gray color with noticeable brushed marks. The Polished Nickel finish is a shiny, warmer, high-gloss pale gold and does not feature brushed marks.

What is the part number for the Dryden tub spout complete? I need to replace the spout from a brand new T2764 Ashlyn as it is to short.

Neither the Dryden or Ashlyn roman tub trims offer the spout as a separate orderable part but the entire Dryden Roman Tub trim can be purchased as T2751. I will include a link to this model below.

Regarding my previous question; Is there a drain and overflow to match?
The answer from Jon at Delta, "Unfortunately, we do not make drain assemblies for Roman tub installations." does not provide me with any help, nor do I believe that he understands the question. I have already purchased T2751-CZ tub trim. So you are telling me that there is no drain and overflow that will match your own product? If this is true, then what are the options available to your customers? You just left me hanging with a simple NO answer. This is not helpful at all. Also, someone was supposed to contact me within 72 hours about my question. No communication was made and how would I ever know that you answered the question? The box is checked that says that you will send an email when the question is answered but you did not.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not make drain assemblies for Roman tub installations. We would recommend checking with some local showrooms or dealers, that sell Delta faucets. They would be able to assist in finding a Roman tub drain assembly in the matching Champagne Bronze finish color.

For the Dryden Roman tub faucet since you don’t have it in the brushed nickel finish, which finish would be closest to brushed nickel?

I have a 23 year old Delta fitting on my tub filler. The extension is 11 inches long and there is a screw on the back of the snout. I still have the acrylic handles and want to get rid of them. Can I just buy the Dryden tub filler? Other parts?

Is there a way to adjust the handles so that they stop and line up properly?
Thank you for your question, David! Yes, there is a way to adjust the handles so they line up properly. Please verify that the hot and cold supplies are turned off before disassembling the faucet. If you have lever handles, install the stem unit with the permanent white stop on the right side for both the hot and cold valve. If your model includes a removable 1/4 turn stop, it should be installed in the back on the cold side and in the front on the hot side. Please refer to the diagram on page 8 for the link below.

I had this faucet (no hand shower) professionally installed using the R2707 valve. The flow rate is now so low that I’m unable to fill my tub quick enough in the mornings to use it. What is the flow rate supposed to be? Is there any way to increase it?
Thank you for your question, Dan. There would not be a flow restrictor on the valve or trim, so the flow rate will depend entirely on the pressure in your home. This should be between 15-20 gallons per minute at 40-80 psi.

Do the Dryden tub hot & cold levers rotate 90 or 180 degrees on/off? The previous response to this same question was unclear: “they rotate 1/2 way” Please be more specific. The Dryden sink levers rotate 90 deg. Strange that the tub might be different!

This trim kit would be installed with an R2707 valve. The valve stems rotate up to 180 degrees.
A sink faucet will have the maximum flow rate limited, while a tub faucet will often want the valves open fully.
