Hi, I purchased this faucet to replace a preexisting Koehler roman tub faucet and my husband and I cannot for the life of us, install it correctly.  We are having the most trouble with the spout.  please help! I love this faucet and want it to work!

Thank you for your inquiry, Misha! Our Delta lavatory and kitchen faucets are lead free and our other faucet models may contain trace amounts of lead, within the national safety guidelines. [1] Standard based on ASME 112.18.1 of 500,000 cycles. [2] California Health and Safety Code 116875 (AB 1953) and Vermont Law No. 193 (S152), as well as other current and upcoming state and national legislation, mandate that the weighted average lead content in pipes, fittings and fixtures used to convey drinking water cannot exceed 0.25% on wetted surfaces. [3] WaterSense® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. [4] Based on flow rate for lavatories of 1.5 gpm versus Industry Standard ASME.A112.18.1/CSA.B125.1 of 2.2 gpm. What is a "rough"

Is there a way to buy the black insert inside the handles without having to buy the whole handle

Can this trim be used on an existing older Delta rough-in valve setup from a Garden / Classic tub filler (2705)?
