I roughed in the valve too low, my hard surface guy is finished. is there a way to extend the handles and spout from on top?
Thank you for your question, Angrybird! We do offer a thick tile mounting aid (for the R2700 rough in valve) which adds 1" (25 mm) to both end valves. You would need to have access below the deck as well as be able to un-solder the valve supply lines. We do not manufacture an extender for the spout however and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is the dimension of the T2767 handle base and spout base?
We have a 2 5/8" flat service from back to front to work with and want to know if that is enough room for the T2767 handle base(s) and spout base.
The diagram shows the width but not the front to back dimension.

Thank you for your question. The Delta Ara Roman Tub Trim T2767 kit, handle and spout bases are square shaped and has a dimension of 2 1/2" (64 mm).

can I install the trim from the top of the tub? once the valve is installed, i will tile around the tub and won't be able to access it from below.

Do the handles go past a quarter turn?
If the handles go past one quarter turn, would the handle have to be installed far enough from the spout so the handle does not hit the spout?

Thank you for your question. The handles turn a full 180 degrees. We recommend installing the valves on 10" centers to provide enough room for the handles. Please refer to the Technical Specifications linked below.

What is the flow rate for this faucet?
Thank you for your question, Amy! The flow rate from the faucet will be determined by the water pressure in your home. At 60 PSI the flow from the spout will be about 18 gallons per minute.

does this product come with a temperature protection valve to protect from scalding?

The Delta T2767 roman tub faucets and other roman tub faucets do not have scald guard as just shower units require this protection.
