Base trim plate for Ramn Tub faucet
Replaced old T2710 classic style brass with the T2775 SS faucet and it looks great.
Only problem now is during the original install of the old 2710, there is an alignment hold drilled into the top of the tub next to the faucet that was covered by the old base plate. This is now uncovered with the install of the new faucet.
Do you make a baseplate that matches and fits the faucet?
Hi ddono, Thank you for your question. We do not offer a base plate that will cover where the additional hole was drilled for the antiswivel pin due to the size of the original spout. If the tub is fiberglass or acrylic, the hole may be repaired.

I have a Delta Victorian Roman Tub faucet and want to change to a different finish.
I do not have access under the tub or tile area, so I need to just change the top part w/ the spout & handles. I have loosened the allen screws and taken off the tops parts.
How do I order just the faucet spout & handles and still use the valve parts that I can't take out?
The valve may be specific to the trim or faucet part. The one we purchased was two separate items, (trim and valve) however we had to buy the valve that fit the faucet. The same issued existed with the shower trim, even though we replaced Delta with Delta, the old valve wouldn't work with the new trim. This is a good question for Delta customer support and it may depend on how your old fixture has changed compared to what you will replace it with.
