The Delta® MultiChoice® Integrated Shower Diverter consolidates custom shower design with its consumer-preferred streamlined style eliminating the need for an additional diverter valve. The angular modern style is boldly contemporary, featuring crisp lines for an upscale feel. With three popular style choices to coordinate with any bathroom décor, it provides you the flexibility to select the type of custom shower functionality you prefer. With the MultiChoice® Universal system, you have the freedom to upgrade style and functionality later. And, because there’s no need to alter plumbing behind the wall, you save time, effort and money on future renovation updates.
- 3-Setting diverter trim
- 2-handle trim with separate temperature dial
- Control volume and water temperature independently with two separate handles for more refined control of your shower experience
- Monitor pressure balance valve keeps water temperature within a safe +/-3degrees F (+/-1.6degrees C), helping to protect you from sudden changes in hot or cold water pressure
- Trim kit only, must order MultiChoice® Universal Valve separately to complete the unit
- Recommended rough-in valve kit R22000 sold separately

Delta shower control
Chrome shows water spot very badly even with our water softener. Also the knob for the temp control is plastic and has a completely different color, disappointing especially for the price.

Shower Controller for bathroom
Make sure you purchase the correct ‘behind the wall’ fitting. The installation is more labor intensive so you probably need a ‘master plumber’ not an apprentice. It’s a great piece for smaller showers because it’s one unit that controls both the shower head & the hand held shower head.

Consider installation design
The mount holes are side by side and not the best design. Plumbers said this creates a non stable installation. It was a lot of money to spend on a crooked shower valve.

okay for functional reasons, aesthetic pretty
The pressure is very low, the water spots show badly. They sent a vent instead of the valve that goes with it. So this delayed the remodel for 6 days. Very frustrating

Can I use two seperate shower heads as follows with this valve as follows each independant and also together - if so how do I plumb - do I need anythig additional

Thank you for your question. Two shower heads can be used with the Delta Monitor T27867-RB Integrated Valve and 3-Setting Diverter Trim. To plumb, install the Delta MultiChoice Universal R22000 Integrated Valve and Diverter Body. Plumb the two shower heads, one on each left and top port. Close the right port. Thank you for your question. The Delta 17 Series T27867-SS Valve Trim with 3-Setting Integrated Diverter can use any of our Delta shower head arm and flange. We leave this option up the user to decide on how to customize the shower unit.
The 55799-SS hand shower does include the hand shower wall mount.

Does this kit comes withe the Dual Function Pressure Balance Cartridge (RP46463)

Dual Function Pressure Balance Cartridge. It does not, however, include the MultiChoice® Universal with Integrated Diverter Rough R22000, as this is sold separately.

how do i adjust the hot temperature higher? The max hot it gets is tool cool

Is there a escutcheon to go with this that is at least 9 inches square?
I have a hole in my tile that is 8w x 9h that I need to cover, I need an escutcheon that is larger than the one offered, do you have any product that is this large, even if it's a different style?

Thank you for your question! The Delta Angular Modern 17 Series Trim with 3-Setting Integrated Diverter T27867-SS comes with an escutcheon plate that is 6 13/16" (173 mm)
Square. The Traditional 17 Series Trim with 3-Setting Integrated Diverter T27T897-SS comes with an escutcheon plate that is 7" (178 mm) Diameter and is the largest plate we make with the integrated diverter.
