Plastic thermostatic cover trim on otherwise hefty diverter trim
Generally, it would have been an excellent product, but the outermost control arm is actually silver plastic. Also there is one round piece of plastic under the main volume control. Last minor comment, these Delta boxes are kind of flimsy and the contents are just all thrown in - not a lot of cardboard separating pieces and boxes are easily smashed.

Solid metal and I like that I can control all the items in my shower system (body jets, handheld and raincan) I can turn them on individually, both or all at the same time.

Very slick device, highly recommend it!!
I had a bathroom renovated and wanted to have a dual device for tub and a handheld shower head. The problem is that most of these devices are not that nice or modern. Most of them were round and I wanted a more modern look. Finally I found this device. Delta T27967. I am glad I did.
It works great, looks amazing and has a very nice look to it. I bought the one with the chrome finish. I definitely would buy this again and recommend it to others. Easy to clean as well.

Smooth, elegant, attractive shower control
The 6 way controls allow 3 separate heads to be used one at a time or a combination of any 2 at once. The temperature control is basically “set it and forget it” with only a minor adjustment needed for a hotter/cooler shower temperature preference. We rarely adjust it. The controls have a very smooth rotational feel. This wasn’t inexpensive but it looks great and simply works as expected.

I have a rain shower, regular shower head, and a free handheld all connected to the multchoice R22000 valve. Do I need 3 setting integrated diverter or 6 setting diverter Delta Faucet Ara 17 Series Dual-Function Shower Handle Valve Trim Kit?

With The 6 setting integrated diverter, I assume I can also use (connect) the handheld shower sprayer, a wall shower sprayer, and a ceiling rainshower?

Hello the top 6 setting knob can that be turned clockwise and also counterclockwise. In the installation diagram it shows 1st position straight up and then position 2 is the immediate counterclockwise to the left .So can I go from position 1 to position6?

What is the difference in a 6 setting diverter and a 3 setting diverter? What are the settings?

Thank you for your inquiry! A 3/6 Setting diverter unit is used when you have one or two extra showering features are being added to your tub/shower or shower faucet. Showering features such as body sprays, hand shower, shower heads, etc. The 3 function diverter unit would have 2 individual positions and 1 shared position. The 6 function diverter unit would have 3 individual positions and 3 shared positions. Please see page 8 of the below document for diverter positions.

Are there 2 different temp knobs? On the temp knob I bought the hot indicator is on the right and the cold is on the left. All the plumbing in my house hot is on the left and cold is on the right. So my question is are there 2 different temp indicators?

The Delta Monitor T27967-SS Integrated Valve and Diverter Trim Kit has one temperature knob to adjust temperature (right for cold, left for hot), one volume control handle (this handle also turns on the water flow), and the top handle is a diveter handle to divert water from one shower component to another.

I am looking to buy the 6 Setting T27967-SS trim + R22000-WS valve. The retailer's page says: "T27967-SS Trim kit only, must order MultiChoice® Universal Valve (R10000-LBX or R10000-UNBX) separately to complete the unit." Which Valve do I need to buy?

Can you run body spray/normal head and rain head at same time
Hello, I'm looking to have a rain head, body wond and a regular shower head in my new bath room. I want to be able to have regular head and body wand on at the same time. I also want to have regular head and rain head on at the same time. Is this possible with this unit?
