With a design inspired by the shape of sailboats, the Galeon® Bath Collection brings a chiseled, contemporary look into the bath. Delta® showers with TempAssure® thermostatic valves are engineered to make sure you don’t experience a sudden and possibly unsafe change in water temperature as a result of running water elsewhere, such as using a dishwasher, flushing a toilet or running a washing machine. By integrating separate controls on one trim with the MultiChoice® Integrated Shower Diverter, we’ve streamlined installation and your shower style. With separate volume and temperature control on this model, simply set the water at your preferred temperature and turn the shower on or off with the volume control handle — without interrupting your set temperature. You can install with confidence, knowing that Delta showers are backed by our Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Is this the correct control trim to divert (only one works at a time) for a shower head, separate handheld, and tub spout? Is there still separate controls for temperature and volume as well?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T27T871-PR Galeon™ 17T S Integrated Diverter Trim-3 Setting In Lumicoat Chrome. We will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible.
This trim has the volume handle and temperature knob below a diverter handle. The three-setting diverter handle has two individual settings and one shared setting, for two shower features.
We don't recommend connecting a tub spout to a diverter because the flow rate will be reduced and it will take too long to fill a tub. The R22000 valve rough that would be used with this trim does not have a tub spout outlet. We recommend an R10000 valve rough with a tub spout outlet, and a separate diverter for shower features.

Can this be used with R22000 for a tub spout and handheld sprayer? The Delta MultiChoice Max Flow Rate Guide says this combination should have a max flow of 7.3 GPM @ 60 PSI.

Our Delta Faucet Galeon™ 17T S Integrated Diverter Trim-3 Setting In Lumicoat Chrome MODEL#: T27T871-PR works with R22000 however we do not recommend installing a tub spout from the diverter. The diverter has a flow restriction of 7.2 GPM @60 PSI, the tub spout would take longer to fill your tub since the flow rate would be cut in half.

What's the difference between T27T871-SS-PR and T27T871-PR and one is one $226.75 more expensive than the other?
