This is a beautiful, high quality system. I have a well and previously our shower head didn't have a lot of pressure. I was a bit concerned that this wouldn't have great water pressure, but it's perfect. The sprayer is strong which helps during showers and cleaning. The rainfall head has great pressure too. It does get water spots and fingerprints. If you want something that stays completely spot free, this isn't for you.

shower hardware and sink hardware DO NOT Work.
The plumber came today to install those and said they wouldn't shut off, couldn't shut off the water. My husband reminded me when we put Delta hardware in the upstairs bathroom, that the inner workings of the knob that you turn on and off for the shower did not work either. We had to replace. This is unacceptable.

How do I locate the water restrictor on this unit? I would like to remove it to increase the water flow from the rainhead.

Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. The Delta T342701 does not have a water restrictor. Removing restrictors from Delta Faucet products will void the warranty. To increase flow, we recommend soaking the shower head in 50% warm water and 50% white vinegar as well as flushing the valves of the shower. If the included diverter cartridge is replaced with RP71718 or RP51919, all three diverter outlets can be used.

Have a 342701-SP. Water temp is adjusted by the main handle, but is there a way to adjust water pressure/flow?

For this bundle 1) BOTH shower head and handheld cannot output water at the same time. 2) I must turn off water to the ENTIRE house if I need to service this bundle. What exactly do I need to buy to make this work?

The diverter cartridge included with our T342701-SP only opens up to two ports, it does not open up both at the same time. Our R22000 is not available with stops at this time.
