Beware of Terrible Hand Shower Hose
We're remodeling 3 bathrooms. Bought this shower system for one of the bathroom and we're extremely disappointed with quality and looks of the hand shower hose, it's a cheap plastic that curls up and there's no way to make it hang down as shown in the item picture, I also have been searching for a metal hose alternative to replace the poor quality / cheap plastic hose that comes with the system and there are no matte black metal option.
The rest of the Delta shower system did bring a metal hose and look great, but this one in particular it's trash.

Still waiting for clarification.
Product seems to work and look good. I am still waiting for customer service to get back with me on an issue with the hot water adjustment. The plumber took out parts instead of adjusting. I called in and also sent a picture of the parts removed to get clarification if this was the right thing to do. I have a picture of the parts but don't see how to add them.

Wish it had water pressure adjustment!
Beautiful, but I wish there was an adjustment for water pressure. It’s pretty weak, and if you take out the restrictor, it’s way too strong.

Shower Arm is Too Short
I was very excited to have a rain shower head in our new shower. I was greatly disappointed after it was installed by our plumber.
The key problem is that the shower head arm is rather short and to get the full effect of the “rain” you would have to stand up against the shower valve. I had to had a custom arm made to extend the shower head out so we can stand in a normal area of the shower.
I just want future purchasers to know about this design fault. Shame on the engineering team who did not catch this problem. (I am a design engineer engineer myself)

Great function but never gets dry to look nice
Beautiful product in champagne gold. But, the only problem is the flat square design. The water puddles on top of flat handles and wall panel, so it never drips away. Will always be wet.

Great value.
I dare you to find a better value. It’s solid. The wall elbow is cast and polished, shower head is huge, I prefer these next generation cover plates, everything adds up for an overall great product for price point. Now they are going to raise the price when they read this. Better get it now.

Good quality set
Good set with a solid heavy plate. I added a 3 way diverter (replaced the 2 way that comes with the set) so you can use the shower and handheld at the same time. Would recommend this one as it’s reasonably priced and seems to be a good quality.

I am building a home with a large walk in shower. I am looking at model 342701-SP-R and Model T342701-SP. what is the difference between the two besides one is recertified. Next can I put two in the shower and use both at the same time?

How does the temperature and water volume handle work. I can see you swing it up to increase the water volume. But how do you set the temperature?

When I turn on the shower, wanted comes out of the head and the wand, even with the diverter in the off position and there is a terrible vibration. I have to turn the handle on and off for the wand many times to get it to finally stop. Any fixes?
