shower hardware and sink hardware DO NOT Work.
The plumber came today to install those and said they wouldn't shut off, couldn't shut off the water. My husband reminded me when we put Delta hardware in the upstairs bathroom, that the inner workings of the knob that you turn on and off for the shower did not work either. We had to replace. This is unacceptable.

Given the cost of this system, you’d think that it would come equipped with both left and right diverters. After significant effort, we had to purchase another diverter before it could function properly. Very disappointing.

Really bad pressure and knob doesn’t work to deliver hot water smoothly
The water pressure is very low and the water controller knob is very sensitive, the hot water comes only towards the last part of the turn and it’s too hot at the end . Not balanced

Can this system be ordered with for Pex installation?
Can the Delta 3 Setting Diverter Cartridge be installed with this trim kit to have the shower head and wand operate at the same time.

Yes, the included diverter cartridge can be replaced with the 3-setting RP51918 cartridge to add a shared setting.

For this bundle 1) BOTH shower head and handheld cannot output water at the same time. 2) I must turn off water to the ENTIRE house if I need to service this bundle. What exactly do I need to buy to make this work?

The diverter cartridge included with our T342701-SP only opens up to two ports, it does not open up both at the same time. Our R22000 is not available with stops at this time.
